Time of change

Time of change

Cayey, Puerto Rico

See, I had this photo…, this was in ‘98, a sister took that photo. He was saying goodbye and I was about to get in the back of the car, in the bus…; there in the background. Pass it on so they can see it… That was in… in Monterrey, I think it was.

• We thank our heavenly Father on this Friday morning, December 30 of this year 2022, and we thank Him for the life, for our health, for placing us to live in this wonderful time: the time where we will enter the promised land of the new body.

It is the time where we will be receiving all those promises that He has for His children in this end time; promises in which each one of us have faithfully held on to; and around that Word that was spoken, each one of us base our faith: it is in the promises that He has told us through the holy prophets.

And those promises have to be fulfilled, because it is a promise spoken by God through His prophets. They are not human ideas, instead they are the thoughts of God being expressed through His prophets; for which, it is a Word that can’t fall to the ground.

And when He promised that His children at the end of time would obtain that eternal and glorified body, just like the eternal and glorified body that our beloved Lord Jesus Christ received, the Firstborn, the other children would also receive that blessing, that promise.

• Today we will also be pouring concrete on this stretch of road, which is the one that will connect with the road we are already pouring from the other side.

We are at the other end, that is, here at the back of the cafeteria and the pump building, to then continue and join the other road.

And we are now taking advantage of these moments to speak these words here with some of the workers (because some of them are not here); and also to share these words, not the end of the year, because there is still tomorrow, but perhaps the end of the work here in The Great Tent Cathedral.

• And I was telling them that that promise of that eternal and glorified body, just as the Firstborn received it, which is Jesus, all the other children of God would receive that promise; but before receiving it, remember that Jesus was prepared to receive it, which was shown there on Mount Transfiguration, where the Scripture shows us that He was adopted there.1

And there were the elements for that adoption: there were the ministries of Moses and Elijah, and they were speaking to Jesus about the departure for Jerusalem and all that that Work that He was going to do on Calvary’s Cross involved.

The same thing happened in Joshua’s time: there was something that had to be in the midst of the people in order to fulfill the promise of entering the promised land as a land; type and figure of the promised land of the new body that each one of us will receive.

And in the time of Joshua, notice that there he… Or, the one to whom God had spoken the promise that they would enter the land flowing with milk and honey, was Moses; and He said to him: “Go, take out My people which are in Egypt, and introduce them (or enter them) into the promised land.”2 But you can see that that part of entering them wasn’t fulfilled by Moses.

And that doesn’t mean that God failed there. God always fulfills His Word.

What He did was what? He fulfilled the promise through another veil of flesh; but it was the same Spirit of God that was going to be doing that work; therefore, it had to be the ministerial spirit in Joshua, dispensational. It couldn’t be another, but the same Spirit that brought them out, had to be the same Spirit that introduced them.

That is why brother William in one part up there writes: [WSS] «Moses» as the first and then puts [WSS] «2nd» to Joshua [(WSS) «1st Moses / Joshua = and 2nd Moses»]3. And that wasn’t spoken by him that way in, maybe in some message so openly, but it was written there.

If we count Moses, if we count Joshua, if we count Jesus as a dispensational messenger, and if we also count that mighty Archangel who was with us: there would be four; and the fifth?…

See how also there with the numbers you can’t only focus on a certain amount of number. God is infinite and can place the ministry or count it as (the ministry of that moment) as one. For example, in Joshua he counted it as the second.

Like when in the Church and the beginning of the Church we count: Paul, Irenaeus, Martin, Columba, Luther, Wesley, brother Branham; and you say there are seven; but if you go back and also count Peter, and you count Ananias (and not the one of Sapphira; the other one4): they were prophets; and when you come to see, it is over seven. See? We can’t limit ourselves in that either.

And look at what Joshua says… I wanted to read this Scripture to you, we all know this Scripture: in Joshua, chapter 1, verse 1 says:

1 Now after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD it came to pass, that the LORD spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses’ minister, saying,

2 Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel.

3 …I given unto you, as I said unto Moses…

[JBP] See, He told Moses that they would enter into that promised land; and He didn’t tell Joshua, He told Moses. But later Moses, when he knew that he wasn’t going to enter, and the order was: “Anoint Joshua, for he is the one who will enter them”5 … God had that mystery hidden and hadn’t told the people. He hadn’t told the people —Moses— that he wasn’t the one who was going to enter them to the promised land; then, later on, we will see why they didn’t know. Because look:

3 Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses.

4 From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast.

5 There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

[JBP] It is the Holy Spirit who at this time is with us; and, therefore, He hasn’t abandoned us. He is with us.

6 Be strong and of a good courage…

[JBP] In other words, we are not going to deny that He is with us. He who denies this stage, is denying the Holy Spirit in our midst, is denying the presence of God in the midst of the people.

6 Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.

7 Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it…

[JBP] In other words, look:

7 …to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee:…

[JBP] He was doing things —from that moment on— by the direction that God had already told him through Moses to do.

Joshua didn’t rise and did the things that he did because “Moses is gone and we are going to do something over here, we are going to improvise.” He already had the directive and the guidance and the instructions to do everything he had to do: to introduce them to the promised land.

7 …turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper whithersoever thou goest.

8 This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

9 Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.

10 Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people, saying,

11 Pass through the host, and command the people, saying, Prepare you victuals ([JBP] in other words, that is for the ministers, they are being given that order); for within three days ye shall pass over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land, which the LORD your God giveth you to possess it.

12 And to the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to half the tribe of Manasseh, spake Joshua, saying,

13 Remember the word which Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, saying ([JBP] it is to remember the words of the messenger that God has sent at this time, where we will have all the content of what we need to enter. See, remember the Message), The LORD your God hath given you rest, and hath given you this land.

14 Your wives, your little ones, and your cattle, shall remain in the land which Moses gave you on this side Jordan; but ye shall pass before your brethren armed, all the mighty men of valour, and help them;

15 Until the LORD have given your brethren rest, as he hath given you, and they also have possessed the land which the LORD your God giveth them: then ye shall return unto the land of your possession, and enjoy it, which Moses the LORD’S servant gave you on this side Jordan toward the sunrising.

16 And they answered Joshua, saying, All that thou commandest us we will do, and whithersoever thou sendest us, we will go.

[JBP] See? There was a… In those days they were all gathered; and they were seeing that the guidance in which they had come out of Egypt through Moses, they were seeing it already in Joshua. And then:

17 According as we hearkened unto Moses in all things, so will we hearken unto thee…

[JBP] That is the best position and stance of the ministers and the brethren in this end time as well: obedience; because obedience is better than… that is in First Samuel (I think it was) where it speaks that it is better obedience than sacrifice.6

17…only the LORD thy God be with thee, as he was with Moses.

[JBP] Notice that there they realized that it was Joshua that was going to introduce them to the promised land; because notice the form and manner of that talk.

If they had known long before that it was Joshua, they didn’t have to say that. They said to him, “Well, if God is with you, then let’s go on, there is no problem with us.” Because they saw that the same God who brought them out of Egypt, and God fulfilled the promise of taking them out of Egypt, if it was the same God, then it was the same God who was working through Joshua!; therefore, if He brought them out and fulfilled that promise, He was also going to fulfill the promise of bringing them into the promised land!

If He took us out there, in that decade of the 70’s, from Laodicea, from the seventh age of the gentile Church, and the people saw that it became a reality: there was a spiritual rapture there; therefore, the same God who took us out at that time is the same God who is going to enter us now into the promised land of the new body! He is not going to fail that promise!

17 …only the LORD thy God be with thee, as he was with Moses.

18 Whosoever he be that doth rebel against thy commandment…

[JBP] And look, there he talks – he starts talking about judgment, and he says:

18 Whosoever he be that doth rebel against thy commandment, and will not hearken unto thy words in all that thou commandest him, he shall be put to death…

[JBP] There was no such thing as: “Stay over there in a little corner while we prepare the people to enter; and when the sea is open, then you can take your things and follow us.” No.

If he didn’t believe God’s leadership at that time: he wasn’t going to enter; he wasn’t even going to see Him!, because it says: “may he die.”

In other words, that person or those people at that time, who didn’t obey Joshua: died. God didn’t give them the privilege of seeing that promise being fulfilled, because they were disobedient.

18 …and will not hearken unto thy words in all that thou commandest him, he shall be put to death: only be strong and of a good courage.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] In other words, in this time what God demands, just as He demanded obedience there in that time, God demands obedience in the people: from the ministers up to the believers; because it is the time where God Himself is the one who is working in the midst of His people.

It is not man. It is God. It is the Pillar of Fire that brought the people out of bondage there; and it is the same Pillar of Fire that brought them into the promised land (as a land) through Joshua.

And here it is the same, the same story is repeated; but it is God Himself. The characters change, but it is still God Himself: the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, who at this time is working in the midst of the Church in a simple way.

• And notice, in the departure of brother William in 2017, from then on…; then he returned, but from then on a very important date was marked, in which that dispensational interlace was already being made.

• Then, in 2019: another highly, very important date, of which we haven’t spoken much to wait for the fulfillment; and then we will be seeing the history of what God is fulfilling after his definitive departure in this earthly body.

But notice, this glorious event of the preparation of the people had to happen this year, and we still don’t know how much we have left; but you see, a day like today, last year, you as an individual, if you go to that time and you go back to that time, and you see yourself now, you say:

“I am not the same. I have matured, I have changed many things. Wow! It has been a year where You, O God, have spoken to my heart, because You are the one who makes the change! Not because ‘that one’ stood there and told me to do it.”

Because there is something that reaches you, and that Word is there helping you; and it is the same Word that corrects you.

A year of change. It has been a year towards…, not towards something that is not convenient or something that is going to make you bad, but it has been a change towards perfection.

Because everything we have received this year has been to bring us closer to that Divine Presence that will be in the midst of the people in all His fullness; but to get there, there is a process.

We can’t teach algebra to a baby when he is born. He has a growth process. First they are fed, they are taught colors, they are taught to add, to subtract; but there comes a moment when they are more mature, when they are taught addition, multiplication, geometry, algebra and trigonometry.

And I think we are already in trigonometry. We are maturing more and more in order to graduate Magna Cum Laude (I think that is the highest degree here). And that graduation is our adoption, our transformation, which we will soon receive.

And this year will be a year in biblical history as a year like the days there of Joshua before entering the promised land; where it says (which was the one we had seen? Peter?)… [Worker (Julian): Second Peter 3:3]… where all things have been…

Second Peter 3. Look, the apostle Peter says here, the Holy Spirit by his mouth, says:

1 This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:

2 That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets…

[JBP] See, there it was said to the people, “Remember the word which Moses spoke to you.”7 It is always God showing the people all that He has spoken through the prophets; that they are promises for the people who are to receive them, but they have been spoken.

2 …and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:

3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,

4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming?

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] I mean, look how this year… Let’s say, while he was in our midst…, we can’t say 100%, but the majority didn’t have that expression of questioning or mocking; there wasn’t that atmosphere among the people.

From outside, from the world, yes, there have always been scoffers; but from inside the Church: everything was quiet in that part.

And notice how in this year… It didn’t happen in 2019, nor in 2020, nor in 2021; but in this year 2022 even openly those scoffers appear and those who ask: “Where is the promise? What happened? Why is it not being fulfilled? You are talking so much and it is not being fulfilled.” See, they begin to question and doubt what God is doing.

But all this has a purpose: to bring out what is in the heart; so that the people who will enter the promised land of the new body will be the people that God has already appointed since before the foundation of the world: the chosen ones.

And they appear, then, at the end of time, those Angels to make that segregation, that separation.

And in this year, how many scoffers have risen! People that you can’t even imagine that they had that spirit of the fifth dimension; because they are spirits of the fifth dimension, that gets into those people, and those people are anointed to do that work; for which they are also already destined. It says something like this in one part: “For which they were also destined (I think it was Peter) in the time of Noah.” It says they “perished and all, for which also they were destined.” In other words…

[Worker (Julian): First Peter 2:8].

First Peter 2:8, look:

8 And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient…

[JBP] Look, again the word “disobedience.” They were not obedient in Noah’s time either, those who rebelled against Noah.

8 …being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] That is why those people who do that, you have to leave them alone, because they are also destined for that work; and you can’t mess with them. Each one is going to fulfill the Scripture corresponding to that person.

“The wise shall understand” [Daniel 12:10]: Us.

See? There are Scriptures that we already reflect: “That is me.”

“They will be transformed after the resurrection occurs.” Who? Us. And we are already identifying ourselves in the Scriptures.

Like when he would say to me: [WSS] “Identify yourself in the Scriptures.”

And there is a message that he spoke (later we can find it; I read it, I think, recently) that that instrument wasn’t going to know —until a certain time— that in him that promise was going to be fulfilled; and we read it I think recently.8 And he didn’t know, he was going to be in his normal life; but at a certain moment he was going to realize that in him that promise was going to be fulfilled; which, in the fulfillment of the Tent Vision, and all that trajectory while he is under the Tent: he was going to be working that ministry there in the midst of the people.

And in this year 2022, I can certainly say that I identified myself. Before I hadn’t identified myself, you see? Before, I didn’t know that promise was going to be in me. But I knew I was a chosen one – I am a chosen one; but that other promise I hadn’t known it.

And as he there, in that decade of the 70s (74, 75) he pointed everything to brother Branham, and he said that everything was going to be fulfilled in him; but later, when he saw: An eternal age coming (the Age of the Cornerstone), and a Dispensation of the Kingdom was coming and all that…; and he said: [WSS] “Oh, but… there is another messenger!”; and God was opening up the picture for him. Because God doesn’t give everything, all at once to His sent ones; He goes gradually.

And so it is with the chosen ones: he opens the picture, and what he doesn’t understand in one message he understands in another.

And so it happened this year. When God kept giving us everything, we were identifying everything.

First we used to say: “Wait”; certain forms or certain things that were going to be fulfilled: we didn’t see that fulfillment of the Seventh Seal, the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels, we didn’t see it in detail; we saw it all in a certain way. And then, when that mystery was opening, there we saw; and there: “Wait’, if God is leaving those ministries…; and if He is leaving them, somebody has to have them”; and God is already opening our understanding.

And the instrument also comes to realize that it is not himself, but that it is God through him; and all that he speaks is by Word, by direction; and by His mouth: by the Word of God; because the mouth of God are His prophets.

• And since everything that has happened this year, every chosen one of God has also been identified: both those of obedience as well as those of disobedience; and in such a simple way.

The person in his inner self will say: “Let me check to see what stance and attitude I assumed this year; and now at this moment.” Because you could have assumed at the beginning, if you didn’t understand —and along the way—, a certain attitude. But God sees the heart, and God knows who is the chosen one, and He knows how far that person is going to go so that he doesn’t cross the line; and God is going to help him.

Perhaps yesterday you understood, perhaps today, perhaps next month: because you have been praying and continue meditating on the promises that God is fulfilling; and those that you don’t understand, you are waiting, awaiting, for God to continue opening them.

But those who have already crossed the line, surely they have realized —by now—, and they reflect themselves…; because they are not going to reflect themselves in someone of obedience; therefore, they have to be identifying themselves in those of disobedience; as in the time of Noah, the time of Joshua. And what awaits them —not said by me, but by the prophets— is: death; first it is spiritual death and then physical death, that is, he will cease to exist.

Now, look at one thing: In the time of Jesus, Thomas wanted to see Jesus, to put his finger in His wounds in order to believe:9 there Thomas was being impacted by the sight. And not so the disciples: they were impacted by the revelation that Jesus had been resurrected. And the unbelievers: the guards, even seeing that He was resurrected, were paid and didn’t believe.10

And you are realizing that there are the three groups being impacted by the Third Pull.

Some, the chosen ones, didn’t need to see Jesus to put their finger in the wounds, but the Word, the revelation…; because the Bride, brother Branham says: [WMB] “The Third Pull will be for the Bride”11; in other words, the Bride will be impacted…

How is the Bride being impacted now, in this time, in these final days? With the revelation.

We don’t need to get inside the little room —that is, inside the wounds— to see and believe; that is for the foolish (second group)12: they will be impacted by the miracles and wonders that will be shown there.

But notice that the soldiers (those are in hell) were lost, and his name was erased; but not Thomas. And Thomas, brother Branham says that he represents the foolish virgins.13 In other words, his name was in danger of being erased; and it wasn’t erased, because then he believed.

That is why there are people of our time who also fulfill that promise, because it will be fully fulfilled in the denominations that are going to come: those foolish virgins. But inside there are those littleThomas’: that their names will not be erased, because they will believe. And so it will also be for the fulfillment of the foolish that will come, but they will be believing that promise of God in the midst of His people, which is: them to be prepared, then, to enter the great tribulation.

And the lost (because the lost will also be impacted), the Third Pull: that is already for judgment, for condemnation; as it was with the guards there: they saw the promise of the resurrection and didn’t believe it; there are the unbelievers.

The promise that He resurrected, touching, feeling those promises, not receiving them; because he didn’t receive them (Thomas), but he felt them; that is why he said: “Give me some of that”14; there are those who come (those sleeping virgins) asking for that oil.

— “No. No. You go and look for yourself.”

There are the foolish virgins being impacted by the Third Pull.

And the Bride. That is already the believers, the chosen ones, who don’t need to reach that moment to believe, but have already been believing and have been increasing that faith to receive the transformation, the eternal and glorified body.

The Third Pull is for all humanity!; because even the Heavens, the Earth, everything, will be impacted by the Third Pull.

It has been a year of great blessing, it has been a year that, as I told you, will remain in biblical history, where the children of God have been marked there, identified there, as the chosen ones who are going to be transformed; all those who have received this Word, this stage. And the others have also been identified.

There is still some time left. And we will be seeing, as time goes by, when each promise will be being fulfilled: we will be seeing it and we will be showing it.

But we are not going to get ahead in speaking something, so that you don’t enter into fanaticism as well; because fanaticism also spoils…, as it spoiled there that of the Elijah’s,15 brother Branham says; they spoiled it saying that brother Branham was this and that, and they spoiled that. In other words, we are not going to enter into fanaticism, but into reality.

If God has promised that He is going to transform us, and there is a way that He is going to do it to reach that moment: He is going to do it with the reality of what God is fulfilling; not entering into fanaticism.

We are going to finish here… (the concrete has already arrived there). He says:

2 Peter 3

4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.

5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:

6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:

7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

[JBP] There it was…, in Noah’s time it was by water, and here it is by that rain of atomic fire that will be unleashed in this end time.

It will not touch the chosen ones: the atomic bombs will not touch us; but there will soon be a shaking in the world. Just as there has been a shaking among the Bride, among the chosen ones, there will be a shaking very soon; where the scarcity of 1920 will be tiny compared to what is going to come to mankind.

He says: depression, scarcity, hunger. And, above all, not for hunger of bread, but of hearing the Word of God.16 And also in physical things, the elements and everything. He says [WMB] “the Bride is going to be at the mercy of the elements.”17

In other words, a very, very hard time is going to come; but already there, the chosen ones will have such a high faith that they will not go through that situation.

Perhaps the squeeze, as a human, will shake us a little, because we are human; but what we will have inside us at that moment, which is the whole Word incarnated: there will be no limitations for what God will do through us. And the world will realize what the adopted children of God are!

If all Jerusalem was shaken by one, and North America was shaken by brother Branham, how will it be with many adopted children of God? We will shake not only the Earth, but Heaven as well!; everything will be shaken.

Heaven will be shaken first. Remember: [WMB] “the Heavens were shaken, and there was… (it says that) Heaven was emptied for half an hour.”18

In other words, in that time of half an hour of silence, things will be happening; and among them the resurrection.

It is going to happen in a way that it is going to be something —among the people— that is going to be progressively fulfilled; and the world is going to know the power of God in His children. We are going to leave this world in those 30 or 40 days, shook. [WMB] “Fill a few vessels (it says) and shake this world like you have never shaken it before.”19 And that will happen.

That of the half hour of silence in Heaven, that they were emptied, we will be looking for, because there is a process there, where they were emptied (it says) [WMB] “during the period of half an hour.”20 “AGES” unedited (I believe it is); and there are some annotations that he made there, that we can go abounding on how that part of the resurrection is going to take place.

Because notice that at that time when the Angel said to him: [WMB] “Look…”, and shows him everything, it says that [WMB] “then the Angel and I descended.”21

All these things have to be seen from all angles; because it is not that everything happens there, all at once, at the same minute, but there is already a process, which is being fulfilled, to reach the peak, the maximum.

God is going to make all these mysteries known to us, but up to a certain point; He is not going to speak more than what has to be spoken, so that the devil doesn’t imitate and doesn’t hinder the Work of God.

Of the Third Pull, the Angel said to Brother Branham: [WMB] “Of this you shall not say anything to anyone. Don’t say anything about this.”22 It will be told as far as it is to be told; the rest will be kept in the heart. And it will not be spoken of how God has been working and how He will work later on.

I already know how God is working, how God is making known to us all that He has given us this year. And you have also seen how God has been working and who is the one who is working. Because it is not a human work, it is not a man’s work that God has been carrying out in this end time.

He hasn’t left us; He has rather left us the greatest thing. The greatest part and stage that any church has received in its day, in the ages, in the dispensations: it has been this day. This is the greatest Day of all days! This is the Day, this is the dispensation of the change: the change from the kingdom of the gentiles to the Kingdom of the Messiah; from the change of this earthly body to an eternal and glorified body.

This is a TIME OF CHANGE we are living in. A year of great blessings.

I thank God for all of you, the workers, who have been there not only this year, but all the previous years, to get this far. And if we have come this far, we are going to reach the goal, not only you the workers, but all the people of God who have been called and gathered by this glorious Message of the Cornerstone, of the Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ William Soto Santiago.

All of those, who have been called, God’s chosen ones, will also reach the goal, because that is why we went out! That is why the people left Egypt: to enter the promised land.

But we know that in that gathering we have to bring out of there what the messengers didn’t bring out in the ages; that is why He said: “Don’t pull up the tares yet, leave them there until the end, lest they pull up the wheat.”23

That segregation is now; and it has been done and it has been being fulfilled as well. And God is going to leave that segregation being fulfilled until the end, He is going to reach the end; in other words, He is going to be doing that work until the end.

Then God will only deal with the chosen ones, the 30 or 40 days, it is already with them.

Before, He has worked and will be working with the three groups; because the Third Pull is for the three groups; and if we add one, it would be: the Hebrew people; there would be four.

Well, this talk has been a great blessing. And may tomorrow and today (tonight), and tomorrow and Sunday also be days of great blessing and spiritual growth; because what we want is to continue preparing ourselves in obedience.

May God bless you, may God keep you all.

[Worker: And the subject?]

The subject: “THE TIME OF CHANGE,” it can be.

“TIME OF CHANGE.”
