Scripture: Luke 24:36-49

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] On verse 44 it says:

⁴⁴ And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

⁴⁵ Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures…

[JBP] And he writes there: [WSS] «opened».

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] And in Luke, chapter 9, verse 44:

⁴⁴ Let these sayings sink down into your ears: for the Son of man shall be delivered into the hands of men.

⁴⁵ But they understood not this saying, and it was hid from them, that they perceived it not: and they feared to ask him of that saying.

[JBP] And he draws a Cornerstone and the ages, and a Star of David.

“But (Reverend William Branham says)… But He doesn’t come for them, He comes for His Church, because His Church is about to be raptured.”¹

In other words, that is for the time when the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is about to be raptured: the time has come and then She needs the faith to be transformed ([JBP] a time when She will be ready to be taken out of this Earth; that is, She will already be: that what is left is that).

And that will be given by the Voice of Christ, the Mighty Angel, the Holy Spirit that descends from Heaven in Revelation 10; and will be speaking and revealing to us, opening the Seventh Seal to us, opening the mystery of His Coming for which there was silence in Heaven for about half an hour, in Revelation, chapter 8, verse 1 and on; which will be revealed to the Church of the Lord in the current age in the Mystical Body of Christ, which is the Age of the Cornerstone.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] And it says in the book of Quotations,² on page 159, paragraph 1411:

1411 – “^[283] Christ can’t come until that Church is perfectly right. He is waiting on us.”

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «in her correct position».

And he draws an arrow toward the breach (that space there); and another arrow toward the Cornerstone.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] He continues saying, in this same message that I’m reading, our brother William continues saying [“WORDS OF GREETING TO THE CONGREGATION”]:

[WSS] Therefore, that will be the greatest revelation that the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ will have in the Last Day, in the stage of the Age of the Cornerstone.

There is no other stage where that mystery can be opened, there is no other stage of the Church that is currently in existence.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] In the message “WHY LITTLE BETHLEHEM,”³ on page 23, it says:

⁹³ He also is our Water for the journey. Now, we know that He is the Water. Like Israel in their journey, either they smote a rock and their bread come down out of Heaven, but a rock was smitten so that they could drink from it for the sustainings of their life in the journey. God smote a rock, or had Moses to do it ([JBP] he writes): [WSS] «the bread – Jesus / the water – Jesus» ([JBP] that is, it is the same as Jesus), His prophet, smote the rock. What was it? [WSS] «Rock» Open the rock. If… The Rock was Christ. Do you believe it? All right. Then if the prophet opened the rock so life could come out [WSS] «H.S.», ([JBP] that is, Holy Spirit): then, if it is the Rock, today we need the Holy Spirit in some man who will smite back the Rock, amen, and let the Word come out, because He is the Word.

⁹⁴ We’ve bypassed on creeds and drinking stagnated water from cisterns. What we need today is an opening of the Word that lives, and He’s the same yesterday, today, and forever. He cannot fail. They can call it mental telepathy, they can say whatever they want to, or spiritualist, or—or a devil, as long as that Word is flowing free and producing exactly what It said It would do, It’s a Fountain in the house of David again, back in Bethlehem, where that Jesus Christ the same yesterday, today, forever, to His Bethlehem dwellers. Live with It, live in It, it’s Life-journeying Water for us as Israel had.

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «An opening of the Word is what we need».

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] He continues saying… I am in the words of greeting of our brother William [“WORDS OF GREETING TO THE CONGREGATION”]:

[WSS] Those other stages have already finished their time and now only the stage of the Age of the Cornerstone remains.

And therefore, it is there where all that mystery of the Seventh Seal, all that mystery of the Coming of the Lord to His Church will be understandable…

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] Look at 122 of Quotations,⁴ paragraph 1085, tells us:

1085 – “¹⁹⁶ Some of these days I’m going to bring a big tent in this country, and pitch it up here, so we can have afternoon services, and instructions, so you can understand these things better. Get all our brethren together so we can have services.”

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «Understand better».

That is, understand better in The Tent.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] He goes on to say [“WORDS OF GREETING TO THE CONGREGATION”]:

[WSS] …which will give us the faith to be transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb…

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] In the message “IS THIS THE SIGN OF THE END, SIR?”⁵ our brother Branham says on page 55, says:

³⁸⁵ Knowing nothing about it, a blast come forth, and here come seven Angels ([JBP] he draws a Star of David) from Eternity. I said, “Lord, what would You have me do?” It wasn’t told. I may have to go, first, to find out. I don’t know. Might not even be that. I don’t know. I’m just saying, “What if it is?” If it’s Scriptural, that sounds very close to it. Don’t you think so? [Congregation says, “Amen.”—Ed.]

³⁸⁶ Look. Then, look, the capstone was not interpreted ([JBP] and he writes): [WSS] «the Cornerstone is not interpreted» ([JBP] and he draws a Cornerstone). See? “Get west, and come back ([JBP] he writes): [WSS] «west» ([JBP] under the Cornerstone).” Or, is it this, it’s these seven Angels in this constellation that came to me?

³⁸⁷ And when I meet you at the Day of the resurrection, you’ll see that I lie not; God, my Judge.

³⁸⁸ Or, is this that second climax that I talked about the other day? Is it of something coming forth for the Church? I don’t know. I could stay on that a little bit, but I’ll move on.

³⁸⁹ Could it be that, the mighty thunder, or the seventh Angel in the seven, constellation ([JBP] he writes): [WSS] «constellation», seventh-period constellation, their pyramid made in a form (three on a side, and one on top), and they dropped from Eternity? Could it be?

³⁹⁰ Is this the mystery, of the Thunders, that will bring back the Headstone? ([JBP] and he draws the Cornerstone and the ages, and a Star of David) You know, the pyramid never was capped. The Headstone is yet to come. It’s been rejected. Could it be, brethren, sisters?

³⁹¹ Or, is this that Third Pull that He told me, three or four years ago?

³⁹² The First Pull, you remember what happened? I tried to explain It. He said, “Don’t do that.”

³⁹³ The Second Pull, He said, “Don’t try.” And I pulled, anyhow. You remember? ([JBP] in other words, he explained it: The First and the Second Pulls) [Congregation says, “Yes.”—Ed.] All of you remember. It’s on tape and everything.

³⁹⁴ And then He said, “Now there’s a Third Pull coming, but don’t try to explain It.”

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] He goes on to say here, in the message:

Therefore, He comes first to His Church, to His spiritual Temple: “And the Lord will come to His Temple”; just as He came two thousand years ago to His physical Temple, the physical body of Jesus, and then He was also in the physical temple of stones, and then He was also in the spiritual people-temple of God: the Hebrew people.

Now we can see that there is a sealed Divine Program, which has been opening from stage to stage; and the most important stage corresponds to this time; the stage in which God will give the faith to be transformed and taken with Christ to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb ([JBP] in other words, it is the greatest time, it is the time where God is giving us that Rapturing Faith, that Faith of Transformation), and also the time when our Joseph, the Messiah, will reveal Himself to the Jews.

Everything has its time, but first He reveals Himself to His Church in the fulfillment of His Word, in the fulfillment of what has been promised.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] And on page 59 of the book of Quotations,⁶ paragraph 519, says:

519 – “^[180] In Malachi the 4th chapter, in Revelation also, the 3rd chapter, tells us that he will be here in the last days. That same one, that’ll stand in the breach for the people, with a little flock that God will give him ([JBP] and he writes): [WSS] «the prophet stands in the breach = the sign», he’ll come in the last days. God said so. He’ll be a sign to this Gentile nation, that her time is no more.

¹⁸¹ And, remember, when he appears on the scene, the time is at hand. Let’s pray for God to send him. Time is at hand.

¹⁸² As soon as his ministry was finished, Messiah showed Himself. As soon as this great one will come in the last days, will finish his ministry, the Messiah will show Himself.”

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «the Messiah will come».

And he also writes: [WSS] «the Anointed One» under [WMB] “the Messiah.”

And he writes: [WSS] «When He finishes His ministry, the Messiah appears, He presents Himself».

[JBP] Always, at the end of an age or dispensation, the messenger of that new dispensation or that new age that is about to begin appears.

We were showing some pyramids on Friday (we had already shown them in June).⁷ And look how everything is placed to have more and more, that picture, clearer each time.

Look where he draws here (in this notebook, which is also in the same one), and he writes:

[WSS] «Just as one Thunder opened the First Seal, and then there were no more thunders for the other 3 seals.

There was a thunder on the Day of Pentecost, and so the Church of the Lord began to function, by the Holy Spirit coming and producing the new birth in 120 people who believed in Christ and had been baptized in water.

And now it is the 7 Thunders of Revelation 10:1-11 the ones that open the 7th Seal, and thus the Dispensation of the Kingdom is opened and the Age of the Cornerstone begins; and the mystery of the 7th Seal is preached, the 2nd Coming of Christ, in His Angel Messenger, revealed as the Lion of the tribe of Judah, King of kings and Lord of lords in His Reclaiming Work».

[JBP] It has always been the Angel in every age through the messenger relevant to each age.

But see how this Scripture here, he places it already when that Seventh Seal is going to be opened in the Dispensation of the Kingdom, in the Age of the Cornerstone.

In other words, it was potentially open for the Church while all that Message was brought. But opened, clarified, shown, that mystery that was there, that hadn’t yet been spoken during all that time of the hour of His Coming: it is now that that mystery is being made known; which was promised to be opened in a Great Tent Cathedral, that that mystery of the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels would be opened; which he on repeated occasions said: [WSS] “Of this we can’t speak openly so that imitations don’t arise”; and he never opened that mystery completely to us. Because if it was opened before time, we know that the devil was going to interrupt the Divine Program, and many would also arise trying to imitate.

But God kept it for this time; so that, at the time when the Church would need to know that revelation…; because She is ready. [WMB] “Something has to come (says brother Branham) to change this Church.”⁸ Therefore, it was time for him then to show what the Seventh Seal is; and showing it he would be making known —and thus the elect receive— the Rapturing Faith.

And remember this drawing of the different pyramids? And in the last one we see that it is the Dispensation of the Kingdom with the Angel of Jesus, which are the seven consecutive stages; and eternity, which is the eighth, which enters already after the Millennium is concluded.

In each dispensation there was a Crown Stone; and there were seven stages.

And now look at this other one, that goes with that drawing. And this drawing (which was where I read), there you will have the… I don’t know if this one was shown in June also, we have to see if Julio Angel quickly tells us if it was shown or not. Now we are putting the two together. And there you can see: he places the seven dispensations with their messengers, and lists them; and then he places the Cornerstone, because it is the one that crowns all the dispensations; but that comes in after the Millennium.

In the seventh dispensation, which is the one of the Kingdom, notice how he here places the pyramid with the seven ages —which is the Dispensation of Grace (because each dispensation has seven ages)—, and a breach. In other words, that breach, that is where the messenger stands when he appears, and commands those who leave that stage to go up to the new dispensation, to enter into a new dispensation.

And there he also places, let’s read it:

He writes: [WSS] «7 Thunders» in the Age of the Cornerstone, that are run consecutively. But before that comes to happen, to be fulfilled, there is a messenger between the seventh age and the Cornerstone.

And that part, the one we read there, that that prophet: [WSS] «he stands in the breach…»; he stands in the breach, as he stood in the different dispensations.

And, for example, it was Christ (let’s say) in Moses; and he writes: [WSS] «Moses» as the crown; but we know that in the Dispensation of the Law it had seven stages, culminating with John. But then he places: [WSS] «Jesus» in a new dispensation.

And aren’t there supposed to be no more cornerstones?

But after that Cornerstone, inside, there are also seven stages; and God again brings a Cornerstone messenger.

And so it will happen after the Millennium: The Dispensation of the Kingdom is concluded (in human time, time here: one thousand years) and it is crowned with the eighth, which is already eternal, it is already eternity; we don’t go back there, but it ends; the same thing is not done again, but those stages end.

Every time a dispensation ended and ran, another dispensation came: seven stages; that already, ends at the end of the Millennium, and the Cornerstone enters: it is the Coming of the Lord Himself to be in His people, in His Church, as He was ruling her during the Millennium; but in eternity it would already be without end, it would already be something eternal.

We are going to talk day by day about all these beautiful things that he left us, to understand what these dispensations are. I was going to leave it for Sunday (because I missed one…) because on Sunday is about the dimensions, but there, since we talked about the gap…, we can also touch on it on Sunday again, and see all that, where he was standing and he was telling us that the Dispensation of Grace hadn’t culminated, and that we were about to close the Dispensation of Grace and begin the Dispensation of the Kingdom, in that fulfillment of the Age of the Cornerstone.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] Let’s continue reading here, in the message where we stopped: “JOSEPH REVEALING HIMSELF, MAKING HIMSELF KNOWN TO HIS BROTHERS,” he goes on to say:

[WSS] Many times people want to see God working, they want to see the fulfillment of what God has promised…

[JBP] Remember that when you are able to focus all the Scriptures, and place them in the different corresponding angles: you will see the whole picture. If you only see it from one side: you will never see it. Because the Scriptures…, when you understand that they have multiple fulfillments, then you realize: “This Scripture is going to be fulfilled here; look, it’s going to be fulfilled here again.”

When he says: [WSS] “Angel Messenger,” a messenger is a prophet; as He has been in all ages and dispensations: His angel ambassadors sent from God for service on Earth. And when he told you many times: [WSS] “Angel Messenger,” one has to see to what and to whom he is referring; and there one can understand many things, and place it – and place us in the corresponding position.

It is not only in believing in the Coming of the Son of Man, in the fulfillment of His Coming, of that Angel that was different from the rest in ‘63 (which he started that ministry: the fulfillment of the Coming of the Lord in William Soto Santiago), and to remain until there, and not continue to the part of the phase or stage of the Two Olive Trees, with His Angels.

Reverend William Branham couldn’t just forerun the Coming of the Son of Man. He had to forerun the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels. He always kept that mystery a secret; and he always placed it on one person, one individual.

[“JOSEPH REVEALING HIMSELF, MAKING HIMSELF KNOWN TO HIS BROTHERS”]:

[WSS] …they are waiting for something; but sometimes they don’t know what they are waiting for, much less how it is going to be fulfilled.

Every manifestation of God is always carried out in the fulfillment of what He has promised; that is where we can see God working, manifesting Himself and fulfilling what He promised.

For each time He will have His veil of flesh; so it has been in all times. The problem with people has always been that they stumble over the veil of flesh in which the whole Divine Program is sealed and through which God fulfills what He promised. We can never stumble over the veil of flesh that He uses to fulfill what He promised.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] And on page 97 of the book of Quotations,⁹ paragraph 838, says:

838 – “¹³ And all of you are conscious and knows that there is something mysterious happening. And it is happening. And I know what it is. Now, I’m just not saying that; it’s the grace of God that lets me know what it is. It’s something that’s tremendous. And it’s gone right now, and there’s not a way in the world for you to see it. And it’s…I… But, so help me, with this Bible in my hand, I know what it is. It’s been told you, before. So just—just don’t try to put any interpretation, but just believe me, as your brother. See? We’re living in a great hour. […]

^[16] See, every time you’ve tried to do it, you’ve done that. So just don’t, don’t, don’t try to make no interpretation.

¹⁷ And especially, tonight, when that Seal becomes up in front of you [WSS] «the 2nd Coming of the Lord = 7th Seal», see, just don’t try to interpret It. […]

²⁵ If you can understand it, this is that Third Pull.”

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «There is no way of seeing it, the 7th Seal, but it will come before you».

And he writes: [WSS] «The 7th Seal is the 3rd Pull».

In other words, when you see that being fulfilled, he says: [WMB] “don’t try to interpret It. / If you can understand it (that is, believe it, accept it)…”

PASTORS HONORING THE MINISTRY OF THE LAST DAY

How is that going to be? Wait a moment. It will be seen better in the fulfillment of the Tent Vision. Because there the Thunders will be opening the mystery of the Seventh Seal, they will be opening all the mystery that has to do with the Trumpets and the Vials and the Plagues; all that will be spoken more clearly.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] In the message “IS THIS THE SIGN OF THE END, SIR?”¹⁰ on page 53 at the bottom, it says:

³⁷¹ Might be closer than you think it is. It’s got me scared. Oh, I haven’t done enough. Where are we at?

³⁷² “Time shall be no more.” He announces that time is over. What happens? What happens? Could that be so now, brethren? Seriously think. If it is, then the pyramid is capped [WSS] «crowned by –» [with the Cornerstone] by the Seven Thunders.

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «To the pyramid the Cornerstone is capped through the 7 Thunders / The pyramid is crowned by the 7 Thunders».

Do you see how each dispensation is crowned? With that next one that is coming. And here, above: [WMB] “capped with the Cornerstone,” he writes: [WSS] «crowned by —».

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] He continues to say on 54 [“IS THIS THE SIGN OF THE END, SIR?”] [P. 48]:

³⁷³ You remember the pyramid Message? ([JBP] “THE STATURE OF A PERFECT MAN,” that is the message of the pyramid). It’s the Capstone. What did It do? The Holy Spirit capped off the individual and seal it, when we added to our faith; righteousness, and godliness, and faith, and so forth, and kept adding to it till we got seven things. And the seventh one was love, which is God. That’s how He makes the individual, and caps him and seals him with the Holy Spirit.

³⁷⁴ Then, if that be so, He’s got seven church ages, that He’s had seven mysteries that’s been sounded away, and they fought for, to bring back. And now the Headstone comes, to cap off the Church. Does the Thunders mean that, my brethren? Sirs, is that where we’re at?

[JBP] And he draws a Cornerstone and the ages, and he writes: [WSS] «Cornerstone».

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] He continues saying in the message “PASTORS HONORING THE MINISTRY OF THE LAST DAY”:

[WSS] And God will be supporting him. As He supported every word Moses said; because it was what God was telling him, and Moses was only like the speakers and the amplifier. You see? God spoke to Moses as I speak here in front of this microphone: this microphone listens, it transmits it to the amplifier and the amplifier transmits it to the speakers and you hear it.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] And on 157 of the book of Quotations,¹¹ paragraph 1409 (halfway through the paragraph):

1409 – “^[167] He can do what He will. He is sovereign. He could make a—a bird that would reach— reach his wings from one side of the earth to the other. […]

¹⁷⁰ And He said there’ll be hideous sights upon the earth ([JBP] I don’t have the little piece there). ‘Locusts with hair like women,’ long hair, to haunt them women that cut their hair. ‘Teeth like lion; stingers [WSS] «stingers» in their tails, like scorpions; they would torment men, [WSS] «6» months. ([JBP] that is, six months)’ Just wait till we get [WSS] «2002» in to opening them Plagues and Seals, and them Seven Thunders, watch what takes place. Oh, brother, you better get to Goshen while there’s time to get to Goshen.’”

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «The Thunders, the Seals and the Plagues».

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] He continues saying [“PASTORS HONORING THE MINISTRY OF THE LAST DAY”]:

[WSS] Moses was that microphone, that amplifier and that speaker. The revelation entered Moses as a microphone, it entered the soul; he captured it; then it passed through his spirit and from his spirit he transmitted it to the body, to the mouth, the speaker, you see? There you have the three steps of the amplifier: microphone, amplifier and speaker: soul, spirit and body.

So it is all simple; and God supported that because it was what? The Word of God: The thought of God passing into the heart, into the soul of a man. He was a man also after God’s own heart: Moses. And since it was the creative Word of God, Moses only spoke that which he had received and what had been spoken happened.

So we can see that everything is simple. The secret is that it is the Word of God, the thought of God. And it is not Word until it reaches the prophet and he speaks it; in the meantime it is the thought of God, which is transmitted.

It is like you too, yours: what you speak is your word, but it is not your word until you speak it. As long as you haven’t spoken it, it is only a thought, your thought; but to make it your word, you have to speak it, and then it becomes your word.

And the mouth of God are His prophets.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] And in the book of The Seals, on page 50 [p. 61 in Eng.], says:

⁴¹¹ Moses, under the blood of bulls and goats, with his confession in the Word of God! And God could take that simple man, and put His Words in his mouth. And he proved that he was Jehovah’s servant, for he could walk out there and Jehovah spoke to him by vision. He walked out, stretched his hands towards the East.

⁴¹² And now, remember, God had spoke to him. It’s God’s thought. God uses man. God spoke to him. It’s right. He said, “Go stretch that rod, in your hand, towards the East, and say, ‘Flies!’”

⁴¹³ Moses, under the blood of that goat, sheep, walked out there and took that stick, reached towards the East. “THUS SAITH THE LORD. Let there be flies!” Never heard a fly. Walked on back. It’s already spoke. It’s a thought, now it’s spoke, it’s expressed. It’s the Word of God then. It come into a human’s lips, a simple man under the blood of a bull, bull or a goat.

⁴¹⁴ First thing you know, a green fly begin to fly around. Next thing you know, they were five pounds per yard.

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «The creation of flies, plagues».

«The Staff = the Word (Today the Gospel of the Kingdom toward Israel)». «East = Israel».

Remember that we also see that in the Sixth Seal, where it says that they have power over nature, and they will be able to speak whatever they please.¹² It says [The Seals]:

^[414] What was it? Was the Word of God, spoken through Moses, the Creator. Because, under the blood, he was standing in the Presence of God, and his own Words wasn’t his word.

([JBP] And the Blood is the sign; and to stand in the presence of God was to stand under the Blood).

⁴¹⁵ “If ye abide in Me, and My Words abide in you, then ask what you will, it shall be given to you.” Where is the Church standing at?

⁴¹⁶ “Let there be frogs!” And there wasn’t a frog in the country. In an hour’s time, they were ten-foot deep, in places. What was it? It was God, the Creator, hiding Himself in a simple man.

⁴¹⁷ Now I want to ask you something. If the blood of a bull or a goat be used for a bleach, which can only cover, could put a man in position to speak the creative Word of God and bring flies into existence, why would you stumble at the bleach of Jesus Christ’s Blood Who could speak a squirrel or something into existence?

⁴¹⁸ Don’t you do it, don’t stumble over simplicity ([JBP] he writes): [WSS] «the creation of squirrels». Believe that He still remains God. Oh, my! Pardon of sin! Oh, how I wish I could…

⁴¹⁹ Then, in Mark 11:22, “If you say to this mountain, ‘Be moved,’ and don’t doubt in your heart, but believe that what you’ve said will come to pass, oh, you can have what you’ve said.”

[JBP] That is the Scripture that brother Branham didn’t understand. And in the message “A TRUE SIGN THAT’S OVERLOOKED,”¹³ that is where he says he didn’t understand that Scripture and he wouldn’t preach about that.

He goes on to say [The Seals]:

⁴²¹ God hiding Himself in simplicity. Don’t you see? There is something wrong somewhere. There is something wrong somewhere. When God makes a statement, He cannot lie. He made the promise. See? He hides in simplicity. It’s so simple!

⁴²³ God can sweep Hisself back down through the streams of time, and tell you back there just exactly what happened, tell you just exactly what you are today, and what you will be to come. 517 – “^[98] Khrushchev is not a sign to the world. No, sir. Hitler wasn’t a sign to the world. But somewhere, someplace, God has got a humble prophet waiting for the hour. He’s the sign. He’s the sign that will condemn the world and will save the Church. The prophet!”

Reverend William Branham also says, around page 26 or page 40 of the book of Quotations, that if this will be that which God will begin to reveal or make known His Name in a new way.

This is all simple; but because God sealed it, then it can’t be conceived by the human being; until God opens that mystery, and then everyone can say: “But this is simpler than I was imagining!” And others will say: “That such simple thing can’t be.”

Then, if it is simple they say it can’t be; and if it is complicated, they say: “No, that is too complicated; it can’t be either.” The unbeliever is an unbeliever, whether things are presented to him in a simple way or in a complicated way.

([JBP] Present it to them even in writing, present it to them in drawings, and they will not believe; and present it to them by fulfilling it).

If it’s not in simple form, they say: “No, that is too complicated to understand. I can’t believe and I can’t understand.” And if it is presented in a simple form, they say: “That such simple thing can’t be.”

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] Look, on page 84 of the book of Quotations,¹⁵ paragraph 712, says:

712 – “^[121] A man was made to rely completely upon God ([JBP] and he writes that same thing): [WSS] «A man was made to rely completely upon God». That’s the reason we’re likened unto lambs, or sheep. A sheep cannot lead himself; he has to have a leader. And the Holy Spirit is supposed to lead us ([JBP] he draws a Cornerstone and the ages). So, man is made that way.

¹²² And God made all of His works so simple, that the simple could understand it ([JBP] and he draws a Star of David). And God makes Himself simple, with the simple, in order to be understood by the simple.”

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «God makes everything simple to be understood».

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] And on 806, of page 93, he says [Quotations]:¹⁶

806 – “^[53] They just can’t find Him, because He makes Hisself too simple. Now watch. And this, in itself, is the mystery of the revelation of Jesus Christ. See? This, in itself, that the… There’s… can be nothing greater than God. And you can’t make anything as simple as He makes Himself.”

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «They cannot find God in simplicity, in human flesh». He draws a Pyramid and the ages.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] In the book of “QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS,”¹⁷ preached on August 30, 1964 (the one he preached in the morning), on page 72 he says:

³⁰³ All right. Those that have that… The Bride don’t need no purification; She’s already purified. And those that are—are—are dead back there, these that go through… See? They never received the Light that these church up here has received; they lived under their Justification, Sanctification, so forth like that. They lived to the Light that they had, maybe in a—in a way that they suffered, and whatever they went through with, in their persecution. But now, in this rapturing time like this (see?), there will have to come a time now that this bride will (that rejects the Head’s part of the Bride) will have to suffer for her rejection, because the Gospel wasn’t made plain to them back there, like it’s made plain to you today. See? You see it so plain. You done had all of those years and examples, the Seals opened, the Church’s Age laid out, and everything like that. It’s just so plain you can’t miss it. See? And then, if you fully reject it, there’s only one thing do, suffer for it.

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «They reject the Cornerstone».

He also writes: [WSS] «Time or Age of the Rapture».

And he draws a Cornerstone and the ages; and there, from the ages toward the top, to the Cornerstone: an arrow, and he writes: [WSS] «Revelation 4:1».

[JBP] And on the front he writes… Look here… One reads all these things… In this one, for example, in this notebook, in this sheet, look at everything he writes there; and each writing, with its page, shows a revelation. And it is what God was storing up for this time; something that has no value on this Earth, incalculable, priceless; it is something that you can’t put any price on, because it is an incalculable value; so much so, that it is the value that we have before God.

All that which He wrote for years!, and took care to leave there, to be read at the corresponding moment, that had an incalculable value…; because they are God’s treasures; because it is what is going to give you and me that likeness of His.

In other words, He left the best for this time, for the best, for His Bride, for His Church, His children; that is why the price is incalculable: because you are, and I also, precious jewels, “very expensive,”¹⁸ He says. And that is why all this is given to you, so that we may soon be in His likeness.

If it pleased Him that His Firstborn Son should have a glorified body: He will give it to His brethren also.

But… Look at what it says here, referring to that page:

[WSS] «What is the point of going up to the eagle’s height, and not understand where you are? (You have to understand while you are up there)».

What good is it to you to say that you are up there, that you believe the Message, if you don’t understand it? It is of no use to you. You have to understand it according to the Scriptures.

Now notice, for this end time, Christ in the Third Pull opening the Word… because the Third Pull is the opening of the Word. Notice, people may say in that stage: “No, I am going to believe when I see the physical miracles being carried out.”

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] Look in the book of Quotations,¹⁹ on page 154, paragraph 1376, says:

1376 – “[262] ^[359] The First Pull, healing; Second Pull, prophesying; Third Pull, the opening of the Word, the mysteries revealed.”

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «3rd Pull = the Seals.

3rd Pull = open the Word = by prophet».

And he also writes to the side: [WSS] «Prophet».

1376 – “No more, there is no more higher order to reveal the Word, than prophets. But the only way the prophet can be vindicated is by the Word. And, remember, the Third Pull was the opening of them Seven Seals, to reveal the hidden Truth that’s been sealed in the Word. Do you see it?”

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] And in the message “IS THIS THE SIGN OF THE END, SIR?”²⁰ (which was what we were going to read, that we stopped on page 56 at the bottom and 57) says:

⁴⁰¹ Now, the First Pull was little, bitty birds; them flights. They went on to meet the time, meet the Coming of the Lord; the first Message.

⁴⁰² The Second time, the secrets of the heart. From taking a person by the hand, and just standing there and saying what they had; the next time, it revealed their sins and told them what to do. And ma-… Is that right? [Congregation says, “Amen.”—Ed.] Then, that come to pass, perfectly, just as God said it. And you are witnesses, and so is the world, so is the church.

⁴⁰³ When I said, “I saw an Angel, and It was an emerald Fire, burning,” ([JBP] and he writes): [WSS] «the Angel = an emerald fire» people laughed and said, “Billy, get next to yourself.” The magic scientific eye of the camera took It. I wasn’t lying. I was telling the Truth: God vindicate.

⁴⁰⁴ I said, “Darkness overshadows; it’s death, black. And This is white. One is Life, the other one is death.” And there It is, on the picture back there. At the…

[JBP] That, there was one occasion in which a picture was taken of the audience, and there was a woman there, and she had a black shadow on her face, which here we see that that is death.²¹

And there is white Light, which we reflect, the Word; and that is Life. And it represents that that Light that will come, when he says: [WMB] “When that persecution comes, don’t be afraid, there will be a Light that will take His Church”²²; and will take us, will rapture us.

And the children of God who are receiving that Rapturing Faith, that white sign of purity —which is the Word that is being incarnated in all the sons and daughters of God—: are shining; which soon we will leave from here: Sign of Life.

But there are others who have the black shadow, which is death, which is represented in those who will remain to go through the tribulation.

[“IS THIS THE SIGN OF THE END, SIR?”] [P. 50]:

^[404] One is Life, the other one is death.” And there It is, on the picture back there. At the…

⁴⁰⁶ Notice, the first little flight; hand. The second was greater, whiter, doves; Holy Spirit revealing the secrets of the heart. And the third flight was Angels (not birds), Angels; and that’s the end time, that’s all of it.

[JBP] And he writes:

[WSS] «1st pull — sign on the hand».

«2nd pull — reveal the secrets of the heart».

«3rd pull — The Angels bringing the revelation of the Word. It is the Word».

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] Our brother William continues to say here in this message “THE DEFINITIVE VICTORY OF THE SEVENTH SEAL OVER SATAN”:

[WSS] “No, I am going to believe when I see the physical miracles being carried out.”

Do you know something? When that happens, all of God’s elect are already called, they are gathered and they have received the divine revelation of the Seventh Seal.

[JBP] For those who are going to wait for that time, to receive the revelation of that Seventh Seal: It is going to be too late. And you see that in several messages brother William places it all in one…, as if it was a single event, and that all these things are going to happen; and they only focus on that one angle. And when you look at all that it develops to get to that part: they skip all the ones that come before and that is when they miss the promises; because they wait until they get to that moment; and the stages can’t be skipped.

[WSS] …and they have received the divine revelation of the Seventh Seal. And if they are not transformed yet, all those who have believed the mystery of the Seventh Seal being revealed at the Last Day will be transformed in those days.

[JBP] In other words, by that time, all those who are going to be transformed and raptured, have already believed in the mystery of the Seventh Seal and its stages.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] Look at page 59 of the book of Quotations, paragraph 520, it says:²³

520 – “¹⁹² Let the people, let that little flock, that little remnant that God will give him, let that little remnant go to calling out to God, and watch what happens. There will be a national showdown. There will be a power that they never seen before. Trouble of it is, this time, it’s going to be too late for them then. The doors will be closed.”

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «Cry out to God, the elect».

And below he writes: [WSS] «The doors will be closed».

In other words, by that time, already for the rapture, for the preparation and all that: there will be no opportunity.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] In that same quote, in this Bible study, they put that quote there: 520; and where it says: [WMB] “remnant,” he writes on the side: [WSS] «remnant». And he writes: [WSS] «Preach the Word; later will come, will follow, the miracles to the revealed Word».

In other words, the vindication of all that God is giving us will be after that final fulfillment: of the physical miracles and wonders. But the greatest miracle that God is giving us at this time and that we are seeing, is: the opening of the Word; that is the greatest miracle. The other is a vindication.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] He continues saying [“THE DEFINITIVE VICTORY OF THE SEVENTH SEAL OVER SATAN”]:

[WSS] And for that time, God will be vindicating the fulfillment of the Coming of the Son of Man, and He will be vindicating His Angel Messenger, testifying worldwide that the Angel Messenger of Jesus Christ only said what Jesus Christ told him to say to His Church.

And for that time is the time of the adoption of all the sons and daughters of God, for all those who have seen and believed the mystery of the Seventh Seal in His Coming.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] And in the message “THE STATURE OF A PERFECT MAN,”²⁴ says (page 15):

⁹⁶ Now, notice. You must be born again, that is, changed. There’s got to be a change.

⁹⁷ You say, “Well, Brother Branham, I know this certain woman over here, why, she never did do anything wrong. She’s a good woman. Or, this such-and-such a man, he’s a good man. He never does anything. You know he doesn’t harm anybody.” That doesn’t mean one thing. He might make a good neighbor, but he isn’t a Christian until he’s born again.

⁹⁸ Jesus said, “Except a man be born again,” Saint John 3, that, “he can’t even see the Kingdom.” Now, that means, see, it means to “understand.”

⁹⁹ You look at anything, say, “I just don’t see it.” You mean you don’t understand it.

[JBP] And he writes here (in the part of the index): [WSS] «To see = is to understand / He who is not born again cannot understand».

But now notice, you remember when – or remember when we read the scripture that says: [WSS] «Not all born again will enter the Rapture»²⁵; which was what he spoke there, that he said: [WSS] “What good is it to go up, if you don’t understand, if you don’t comprehend where you are at?” That is why not everyone will make the rapture.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] In the message “THE ONENESS OF UNITY,”²⁶ he also speaks to us there (let’s see), on page 21:

¹⁴⁷ I’ve tried, in my humble way, to show you the towers that’s being built, the Babylon towers that’s got to fall. And I’m pointing you to a Tower. And there’s only one road up It, that’s through the Holy Spirit.

¹⁴⁸ You can’t sit neutral ([JBP] that is, you can’t say: “No, I better stay in the middle; and I am neither one nor the other.” You can’t be lukewarm: either you are hot or you are cold; either you believe or you don’t believe). The Bible said, in this day, that, “Every man that wasn’t sealed with the Holy Ghost would have the mark of the beast.” What is the mark of the beast? Unbelief. Don’t you know what they’re… if your pastors has taught you. In the Old Testament, when the trumpet sounded, if the man wanted to go free, he could go free. If he didn’t, he’d walk to the post and had an awl bored through his ear, because he refused to go free. And if you refuse to go free, then you’ll serve that taskmaster the rest of your day, and you’re lost.

You say, “Is that Scriptural?” Absolutely, many of them.

¹⁵⁰ Let me give you one so you won’t forget it. Ephesians 4:30 said, “Grieve not the Holy Spirit of God, whereby you are sealed till the day of your redemption.” There’s the Seal of God. That’s what I’m trying to tell you. You’ve looked for the Seal of God to come in the last day. It’s not on your forehead. Saying it was on your forehead is your “knowledge, to understand.” But the Bible said the Seal of God is the baptism of the Holy Ghost ([JBP] he draws a Star of David, and he writes): [WSS] «the Seal on the forehead». And everybody that has It, their hearts are free. They’re sealed by the knowledge of God, in their forehead, that they do know that Jesus is dead and raised again, because they can see Him.

[JBP] And take note of 254 of The Seals, we can read that one tomorrow (we have to leave it for tomorrow).

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] And he continues saying here [“THE DEFINITIVE VICTORY OF THE SEVENTH SEAL OVER SATAN”]:

[WSS] In other words, for the time of the squeeze, those who are going to be transformed will have already believed the mystery of the Seventh Seal; and if they hadn’t been changed before the squeeze comes, for that time, that stage, they will be transformed. And the ministry of Jesus Christ will move on to that stage where He will be carrying out great physical miracles…

[JBP] See where that stage of the great miracles of an adopted ministry takes place: After the people have been given the knowledge of the Coming of the Son of Man with His Angels, the knowledge of the Seventh Seal; and the people have believed it, have received it.

After that is when we enter into that stage, in the midst of the squeeze (if we are not transformed as he says there); and if it is during the squeeze, then we will be transformed; but we will already have the full knowledge of the Seventh Seal, which is the Rapturing Faith that the Thunders bring.

[WSS] And the ministry of Jesus Christ will move on to that stage where He will be carrying out great physical miracles and wonders; and it will attract the attention of the Hebrew people, who seek signs and miracles. And they will say: “This is the one we are waiting for!”

When the Scriptures are opened and reach the heart of the person, it is like a fire inside the person: The Divine Light is lit in the soul of the person, he feels the presence of God opening the Scriptures; the person can see; because He opens the Scriptures and opens his understanding to comprehend, as it also happened right here in Luke, chapter 24, verses 44 and on. It says:

([JBP] And it was the Scripture we read, or part of it).

“And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.

Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures…”

[JBP] In other words, God opens the understanding and the Scriptures to those He is going to rapture. He is not going to open them to anyone else. Then, when they see the judgments: “But isn’t there supposed to…? But I believed…” It is that also those people were not ordained for rapture.

And the elect, who would be receiving the knowledge of the Seventh Seal, when we are in the Marriage Supper of the Lamb: there we will rejoice of this stage that we are now going through; because we will say: “Without that stage we wouldn’t be here.” Without him being back, he himself told us: [WSS] “We would have had to go through the great tribulation.”²⁷

When we are already there, possibly, over there we will fully understand that part: why he had to return… One of them we know, he told us himself: If not, we would be or have to go through the tribulation. But something big had to happen, which he had to come back to. And all that was already in the Divine Program.

And he, opening the understanding and the Scriptures to us in this end time: it is because we are ordained to obtain that likeness of the eternal and glorified body.

And even though we don’t understand some things, the elect says: “I, even though I don’t understand that much, or I don’t grasp it, but I believe it!”

There is no doubt in the believer, in the elect. He doesn’t look – look for faults and criticize or anything, but he says: “I believe this”; because this is what that living soul is waiting for. He is totally dependent on God. For which he will say:

“Lord, at some point you are going to open my understanding. I will continue to receive that Word, that Seven Thunders Message under the Tent, because I know that there is the ticket to go to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. That is the invitation, and I am receiving it. I am getting dressed with the Word, so that I can be there.”

Whoever doesn’t get dressed with all this Word, there the saying goes well: “He shouldn’t put on anything: he isn’t going.” As they say: “Don’t get dressed because you are not going,” something like that. He has to put on the garment to be able to go there; it can’t be any garment, the way he thinks it is. The garment to go there is only one.

[“THE VALLEY OF SHADOW AND DEATH”]

[WSS] “Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures…”

([JBP] And brother William says):

God by His Spirit has to open the understanding to the person to comprehend the Scriptures.

[JBP] But remember that it is to the elect. Whoever is not chosen for rapture, no matter how much he prays to God, no matter how much he asks God: he will not be able to see, he will not be able to understand.

[WSS] Because human understanding is not enough to understand the Scriptures; the Work of God is needed through His Spirit opening our understanding, our spiritual eyes, to see and understand, to comprehend what the Scriptures say. 

[JBP] We need human beings with prophetic perception. If they don’t understand and don’t believe either…; because one can’t understand some things, but one can believe! But the one who doesn’t understand and also doesn’t believe, it is simple: they don’t have prophetic insight.

Matthew 13

¹⁶ But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear.

How many of the Old Testament and the New Testament wished they were in this time! And that He (God) has given you and me the privilege to be, to live, to feel all that He promised…; and to be part of that: to be the actors, the ones who would receive the Scriptures of all that God would be fulfilling in the midst of mankind, in the midst of human beings, who haven’t realized and are not realizing the great Work that God is doing: preparing His children to give them that eternal and glorified body, and thus be taken to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb; after 30 to 40 days that we are going to shake this world.

So remain holding on to the Word, of the Message, hold on to the promise, which God is fulfilling at this time in the midst of a Great Tent Cathedral, where the Rapturing Faith is being imparted.
