Who are the overcomers?

Rev. José Benjamín Pérez
Monday, January 16, 2023
Cayey, Puerto Rico

Good morning. Greetings to the missionary Miguel Bermudez Marin, and to all the ministers and all the brethren, today Monday, January 16 of this year 2023.

It is truly a blessing and privilege to be able to greet you and ask the Lord for all the blessings that He has for us in this end time, upon each one of you, upon me also; and thus to thank God for the time in which we are living, the time where God will give us all those promises that He has promised for His children in this end time.

And to be aware that it is a Divine Program, which is being developed and is being carried out in the midst of His Church, in this golden stage: the Age of the Cornerstone and the Dispensation of the Kingdom.

I was uploading a little video right now of an area, that is the area of the workshops, that that area there still needed to be prepared and pour concrete for that area to also be used for all that work that is being done in that part of the workshops there; and we took these last days of last week, and today this concrete is already being poured there.

I came for a moment here to the office, to speak a few words here that I want to share with you on this occasion.

And we read in the book of Revelation, in chapter 2, verse 26 and on it says:

26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations:

27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron [WSS] «the Sword: the Word, Scepter»; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father.

28 And I will give him [WSS] «H.S.» ([JBP] that is, Holy Spirit) the morning star.

29 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] An it also tells us on James, chapter 5, verse 9:

9 Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] May God allow us to see these Scriptures that we will be reading, and thus grow in the Divine Program, in the knowledge of the Divine Program relevant to this end time.

In the message “HOW CAN I OVERCOME?” it says on page 11. I have here the book in Spanish and also in English, and in both he made annotations; in other words, we will be seeing one and the other where we are reading, and so we can have the whole picture of everything that brother William writes there, and also everything that brother Branham is speaking here in this message “HOW CAN I OVERCOME?”1

On page 10, this is from paragraph 44, it says:

44 We see this age that we’re living in. It’s one of the grandest ages of all ages. This Laodicea Church Age is the grandest of all the church ages, because it’s the ending of time and the blending of Eternity.

[JBP] Remember, the time when he was living was the time of the seventh church age.

And there he draws the ages; and at the top of the ages he writes: [WSS] «7», which is the seventh. And then he leaves a space and draws a Cornerstone, and there he writes: [WSS] «8».

And always keep in mind that seven consecutive stages run in our time also, and an eighth.

It says:

[44] And, then, it’s the greatest sinful age. It’s more sin in this age than there’s ever been. And the powers of Satan is—is many times harder to fight against than it was in any age. See?

[JBP] And thus it happens in our time also.

45 Here, back there in early ages, a Christian could, for his profession of being a church… of belonging to Christ, could be beheaded for it. He could be killed, and put out of his misery, and go to meet God, quickly.

But now the enemy has come in, in the name of the church, and it’s so deceiving. This is the great age of deception. When, Christ said so, “The two spirits would be so close in the last days till it would deceive the very Elected if it was possible.” See? See? See? Remember, Christ spoke of an elected people for the last day. See? “It would deceive the very Elected if it were possible.” So close! The people so live, people can live a clean, holy life; not be sinful, adulterers, and drinkers, and liars, gamblers. They can live above that, and still not with It.

46 This is the—the age of Life, personal Life of Christ, where, the—the chemical of His Body, what was in Him.

First, under justification, the water baptism. Second, under the new Birth, of Wesley, sanctification, which cleanses. And thirdly, under the baptism of the Holy Spirit, putting that sanctified vessel into service. See? The word sanctify means, it’s a compound Greek word which means “cleaned and set aside for service,” set aside for service. Now the Holy Spirit puts it in service. See?

47 And we’ll notice, “When the unclean spirit is gone from a man, he walks in dry places ([JBP] there he writes): [WSS] «the unclean spirit».” That’s exactly what the church has done, Baptists, Methodists, those who believed in sanctification. “Then,” Jesus said, “the unclean spirit that went out, returns back to this church body and finds the house garnished, swept clean, living pure, clean lives.” All right. “But then if that house isn’t filled, occupied, then he comes in with seven other evil demons worse than he was, and the last stage of this place is seven times worse than it was at the first place.”

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «7 evil spirits», he writes that here in the English one.

And here in the Spanish one, in the part where it says: [WMB] “returns back to this church body,” he writes: [WSS] «nicolaites».

It goes on to say:

[47] They had been better to stay Lutheran, than it would to be to receive that Light and fail to follow It. So will the Pentecostals, see, you know what I mean, the house is garnished.

[JBP] Notice, so it is, or so it was in every Church age, as he shows us there. What happened after Luther? Instead of continuing forward, toward the Light, that is, continuing to follow the Light toward Wesley, then notice how he there depicts it in that clean and swept house; and when that evil spirit returns, that demon comes with seven and goes in there; and that is why he says: [WMB] “It would have been better if he had stayed where he had been, where he had come from.”

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] There is also a place here: in Deuteronomy, chapter 32, verse 5, says:

5 They have corrupted themselves, their spot is not the spot of his children: they are a perverse and crooked generation.

6 Do ye thus requite the Lord, O foolish people and unwise? is not he thy father that hath bought thee? hath he not made thee, and established thee?

[JBP] Notice, it is a crazy and ignorant people: the people who don’t follow the Light, don’t follow the trajectory of the Pillar of Fire from age to age, which has been working; where an age ends, and doesn’t stay in that age, but moves on to another stage, another age.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] Look in the book of The Seals… Let’s pause for a moment here in this message of “HOW CAN I OVERCOME?”

In the book of The Seals on page 213 [pp. 252-254 in Eng.], it says:

193 Now, see, they—they—they—they don’t want It. They don’t want God’s Word. Because she held to her traditions, she kept the Word of God from being of none effect.

194 The same now, on spiritual Eve. She don’t want… She wants to keep her traditions, and get away from the Word of God. She holds again to the denominations, and their creeds and traditions of her elders [WSS] «pastors», instead of taking the Word of God [WSS] «made flesh».

195 And when the promise of the Word, in the last days, is brought to her, she will not receive It, because, with her traditions, like the Hebrew bride did. The real Word, though manifested, proven, vindicated, she won’t have It. Why won’t she? Because there is her type. She can’t do it. That’s right. She can’t beat her type. See? And it’s predicted she would do it, so how you going to keep from anything?

196 Now the only thing to do is just be happy you’re in. That’s all. Be waiting for it.

[JBP] That is what we should do: it is to be joyful that we are inside the Most Holy Place, because we have passed, we have turned that corner and we are in the Most Holy Place: The Age of the Cornerstone, the Dispensation of the Kingdom, in the stage and age relevant to the Dispensation of the Kingdom.

197 God promised, in the last days, that He would manifest and would vindicate His Word to her, and still she wouldn’t do it. All that, God promised her, by His servants, the prophets. God promised, through Jesus Christ. God promised, through Joel. God promised, through Paul. God promised, through Malachi. John… God promised, through John the revelator, all them prophets, just exactly what the last Message would be to her. Now, if you want to write them down; course, you all know them ([JBP] and there he numbers them): Jesus, John 14:12; and Joel, Joel 2:38; Paul, Second Timothy 3; Malachi, 4th chapter; and John the revelator, Revelation 10, seven-teen, one to seven-teen. See, exactly what would take place now! And, to the church, what is It? The incarnate Word made flesh amongst His people again! See? And they just don’t believe It.

[JBP] He writes: [WSS] «The Word made flesh».

198 You know what Jesus said when He seen He… when He done them miracles before them, and proved that He was God? Proved that, what He was doing. He was. He had done exactly. He—He said to them, He said, “Oh, you, Capernaum, who is exalted into heaven, if the works had been… mighty works had been done in Sodom, that’s been done in you, it would be standing today.” That’s right. And in Capernaum, He never done nothing but heal a few people, and told them the secrets of their hearts, and walked out. Uh-huh. That’s all. See?

199 They don’t know what mighty works are.

[JBP] Remember that the most important part of the Third Pull is the opening of the Word, it is the revelation being brought to the people. Then the miracles, the signs and wonders, that already corresponds to the Hebrew people: for them to see and believe.

But what the Church-Bride is waiting for is that Rapturing Faith; and that is what she has been receiving today, in this present time, in the present revival.

[199] They think it has to be a great big program where everybody gets up, and the judge makes a speech, and—and the bands play, and the colors fly, and the—and the well-dressed women, and their… and tarrying, and all the Ph.D, LL.D’s, and the big, tall hats, and turned-around collars, and everything, they all have to walk in. “That’s something great.”

God says, “That’s foolish.”

200 And He brings up a little something that don’t know what difference between maybe ABC’s, hardly, and perform something that just sets the real Church afire. And the rest of them says, “A bunch of holy-rollers.” God calls That “great,” and the world calls It “foolish.” The world calls that “great,” and God calls that “foolish.” See, just vice versa. See? And the thing that God has promised, God will and has done. See? Here we are ([JBP] and he writes): [WSS] «has already done it».

201 Now, still, she remains as she did, the Hebrew Eve. She just wouldn’t do it. You could raise up the dead; you could see the Spirit of God. Jesus came down, vindicated Himself to be the Son of God. First, He started preaching. Well, they thought, “Well, kind of odd-like Fellow. Who is He, anyhow?” Well, the first thing you know, people begin to say…

202 Course, they had said, before, when His forerunner come, John, they said, “Are you the Messiah?”

203 He said, “No. But He is standing among you ([JBP] he draws a Star of David) somewhere.” Uh-huh. See? Why? He knowed, when his message taken place, what he was to do. He knowed what he was going to do.

204 Just like Noah kept watching Enoch ([JBP] he writes there below): [WSS] «Noah kept watching Enoch». When Enoch went, Noah said, “Better get close to the ark. The time is at hand.” Noah kept watching Enoch. See?

205 And John watched for the sign that Jesus told him, or God told him, to watch. He said, “He is standing right here now, somewhere among you. I don’t know Him, but I will know Him.”

206 Standing there, they said, “Aren’t you the Messiah?” Said, “We were sent from the headquarters.” Uh-huh. Said, “The elders, and all, sent us down here. If you’re the Messiah, why don’t you come up and make yourself known up there, not down here in this bunch of stuff down here! Should come up there and make yourself known.”

207 He said, “I’m not the Messiah.” ([JBP] He is talking about John). He said, “I’m the voice of one crying in the wilderness.”

208 That went as far over their head as it could go. They didn’t know nothing about it, see, and yet they was all looking for him to come. “But it couldn’t be a guy like that. Oh, my, that would be terrible!”

“What school are you from?”

“Have you got your fellowship card?”

“What is it?” See?

209 He was anointed of God. He said, “There’s one thing I have. The axe is laid to the root of the tree.” Now, that’s all he—that’s all he had. He talked in terms of a woodsman, not in the terms of a clergyman; vipers, and axes, and trees, and so forth. He—he didn’t talk in ecclesiastical terms.

210 But Jesus said there never was a prophet like him. “Never a man born of a woman, like him, till his day.” That’s right. “He was more than a prophet.” He was the messenger of the Covenant, stood right between the—the two dispensations, coming in. See? “More than a prophet.”

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «The dispensations».

And where was the hidden manna? In the Most Holy Place, therefore it has to be in the Most Holy Place of the spiritual Temple and none of the seven messengers were in the Most Holy Place. That is why Reverend William Branham says to watch for the coming age, the Age of the Cornerstone, the Age of Adoption, the Golden Age, and he says that those who will be in that perfect age; page 4 of the message in Spanish “The stature of a perfect man.”

Now, it continues saying:

[Revelation 2:17] “To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna…”

Therefore, he will enter where the hidden Manna is: in the Most Holy Place, inside the Ark; it will have to do with the Ark. For which he has to be High Priest of that Order of Melchizedek, of the members of that priesthood of the Order of Melchizedek, of which those who have been washed with the Blood of Christ have been made kings and priests.

One of those kings and priests and judges, one of them will succeed in entering the Most Holy Place.

That is where the Church will recognize Her position, will recognize the position that corresponds to Her in the Last Day; She will enter the Perfect Age, the Age of Divine Love.

That is why you can see that in the message preached by Reverend William Branham: “The stature of a perfect man,” he tells us about the different ages. And when he places the top of the Church, he places a Cornerstone, and inside it says: “Love.”

What is in the breach? “Holy Spirit.”

And in the seventh age? “Brotherly kindness”…

[JBP] There is, in the Bible, and there are other places where he writes there: [WSS] «Brotherly affection».

[WSS] …in other words, brotherly love.

But divine love corresponds to the Age of Divine Love. The Age of Divine Love, where the great victory will be obtained (in what?) in Divine Love.

That is what was prophesied; and Reverend William Branham says: “That might happen in the little room.” It is linked to the Tent Vision.

See that it wasn’t for the seventh age, nor for the breach? The fulfillment of the Tent Vision…

[JBP] Notice, this is something very important that we must understand, aware that at the beginning we had that part in mind: that in our time we travel seven consecutive stages. In other words, the same thing that happens or happened in the Dispensation of Grace happens in the Dispensation of the Kingdom.

[WSS] See that it wasn’t for the seventh age, nor for the breach? The fulfillment of the Tent Vision is for the Age of Divine Love, the Age of the Cornerstone.

And now, you look in your books of Quotations,2 and there you will find about those things that I have been talking to you about. Let me see if I can give you one: 54/464 says… so you have something of when it was prophesied to him (I will read the bottom part); it says:

464 – “[150] …a huge portion of Heaven waits thee.’ He had never heard about the vision, you see, of this; you remember the vision. ‘…huge portion of Heaven waits thee. What a glorious decision thou has made!’ See? ‘This in itself…’ Now here is, from here on, I don’t understand. ‘This in itself is that… (big parentheses around it) (a big parentheses around it) ([JBP] brother William says)…which will give and make come to pass the tremendous victory in the Love Divine.’

151 I don’t know what that means, ‘this will make come to pass.’ Perhaps in the little tent one of these days, sitting back yonder, He’ll make it known.”

[JBP] And that is on that page that he is quoting there; and that is where he writes [Quote 464]:

[WSS] «Small Tent = Divine Love».

And he also writes there: [WSS] «In the small Tent the tremendous Victory of Divine Love».

And he also had drawn a Pyramid there, and he wrote there: [WSS] «Love».

And, [WMB] “little tent,” that is where he wrote: [WSS] «12×20», which is where he was speaking; quoting where that Great Victory in Divine Love would be happening.

[WSS] Do you see that everything is linked to the Tent Vision? That is why it is so important for the Last Day that the fulfillment of the Tent Vision appears in the Divine Program, that it becomes a reality.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] It goes on to say here, in the book of The Seals, where we stopped, it says:

211 And so then—then they didn’t know him. They didn’t understand him. He was kind of an odd-like sort of fellow, so they dismissed him, see.

212 Then when Jesus come, then, and surely wasn’t going to accept Him, this carpenter’s Boy, there wasn’t nothing like that, with a black name behind Him, of “illegitimate.” And, He, they wasn’t going to see a Fellow like that.

213 But, but look what God did. He took the unlearned, poor, [WSS] «1» fishermen, «2» woodsmens, «3» farmers, and «4» harlots, and let the dignitaries sit there. Why? What? Why did He do it? Why did He do such a thing? Could you imagine? Because that them people recognized Him to be the Word. Now let’s just watch them just a minute.

214 Here is an old ignorant fisherman, can’t write his name. The Bible said he was “ignorant and unlearned.” He brings his fish up and sets it down. Goes down there and sees what all this noise is about. But way down deep in him, he knew that the Bible said that the Messiah…All Hebrews looked for the Messiah, because there was to be a Scriptural thing happen when He come.

215 There had been a lot of messiahs, raised up and said, “I am He…”

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «Many messiahs had come in the days the true Messiah came».

Remember that Messiah is ‘Anointed’.

[215] … and led them off, by the hundreds, and—and perished and everything. But, see, that was to throw off the real One when It comes.

216 We’ve had Elijah’s mantles and coats, and every other thing, but that—that’s—that’s—that’s just to throw off the real thing when he does come. See? That’s right. All kinds of people that’s wore the robes and the garments, and been buried in all kinds of hoods turned around, and everything else. That don’t…That—that just only vindicates. Like a bogus dollar, shows there’s a good one somewhere, if you can just find it ([JBP] and he draws a Star of David). See?

217 So here He come. Now these dignitaries come out, and they was so on their substitute! “Why,” they said, “now, if the Messiah comes, He’ll certainly come to Caiaphas. He’ll come to our denomination. He’ll come to the Pharisees.” The Sadducees, “That’s what you think! He’ll come to the Sadducees.” And there they was, see, the same thing they have today, now.

218 But when He come, it was strange. He will come, oh, very contrary to what they thought, but He come according to the Word.

[JBP] And that is the most important thing: that everything be fulfilled and that it be by the Word, that is, that it be through the fulfillment of what God already programmed since before the foundation of the world.

[218] And they didn’t know the Word.

219 Let me say that, real, so you’ll… it’ll sink way down. I want this to get it. That’s what’s the matter with you today, see, you don’t know the Word! See?

[JBP] That is what happens in all times: because they don’t know the time of the Visitation, because they don’t know the fulfillment of the promises, of the Scriptures, they miss the way in which God fulfills it.

They expect something totally different from how God already has it in His Word, in His Program, in the Scriptures. When it comes: “No, that can’t be”; because since they already have an idea, they start thinking that it is a certain way…; and that is exactly how it is not.

220 Jesus said, “You can discern the face of the skies, but the signs of time you can’t discern.”

Said, “We have Moses.”

221 So, said, “If you had knowed Moses, you’d a knowed Me.”

[JBP] That is, we can say that some of this time may say:

“No, I don’t believe that which happening, because we have our brother William.”

Well, if you had known our brother William: you would have known me.

See that all things repeat themselves in the time where God is fulfilling His Program in an updated form.

[221] Didn’t know Moses, and therefore they didn’t know. They just know a creed that they had hatched out.

222 Now let’s take this old fisherman. Sets his basket down. Pushed his gray beard down, and walks down, “I believe I’ll see Who it is.”

223 Brother said, “Come on. Let’s go down here.” Said, “That’s that same Guy. That’s that Guy they said the other day… I stayed all night with Him last night. You know John, I was talking to you about?”

224 “Yeah, that wild man down there! Yeah, I heard about him.” “Well,” old Simon, you know, said, “I heard about him down there. Yeah, had been down there, two or three months ago, down there. Yep.”

225 “Well, he said… And one day he was standing there, he said an odd thing. He said, ‘You know, here He comes right now!’ They said, ‘How do you know?’ Looked over there; just an ordinary Fellow standing there. He said, ‘I see the Spirit of God, like a dove, coming down. I hear a Voice saying, “This is Him. This is My beloved Son in Whom I am pleased to dwell in.”’ Then he walked right in the water and baptized Him, so forth. Well, there, he said he knew Him.”

226 “Oh, I don’t know,” Simon said. “I’ve heard all of that, lots of times.” But here he comes up. But down in his heart was a predestinated seed.

[JBP] But see how Simon, what does he say there?: “But I hear that every now and then, that that one also felt something, or the other one also did such a thing; and now John comes and says that this is the one who saw the Holy Spirit descending in the form of a dove, and that he heard that Voice say that ‘this is My beloved Son in whom I am pleased to dwell’? I have heard that several times around there!”

See how the enemy always tries to get ahead, so that when the real thing comes, then he says: “This is one more, this is one more crazy, fanatic, who comes rising up saying that he is the Messiah.”

But look how Peter… What did Peter have in his heart? He says:

[226] But down in his heart was a predestinated seed. See? Jesus said so. Right. Walks up to Him. Walks up. Said, “I’ll go down to the meeting and see.”

[JBP] Notice, he said: “Hold on, I’m going to check this out and I’m going to see who this man is.”

[226] Walks up there ([JBP] that is, Peter).

227 Jesus was standing there, just an ordinary little Fellow. Walked up. He said, “Why, your name is Simon. And your father’s name was Jonas.” That deflated him.

[JBP] In other words, he arrived there: “Let’s see whether or not You are the one we are waiting for.”

[227] That deflated him. Why? That little, Eternal Life seed struck in there. Yes, sir.

228 Said, “Wait a minute! How is that? You never did see me. Neither did You know my dad, ’cause he had been dead for years. But here You come, tell me that? Now, I know that the Bible says…” Now, that’s not go back to what the elder says. “But the Bible said that the Messiah would be a Prophet. There He is. That’s Him.”

[JBP] Notice, he identified Him by the Word.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] Now look, it goes on to say here, where we stopped in the message “HOW CAN I OVERCOME?” It goes on to say [P. 10]:

48 As I was talking to someone, the other day, said, “They’re very careful, even many of the holiness groups, not to call the Holy Ghost, ‘Holy Ghost,’ ’cause they identify themselves with Pentecostals when they do that. They say, ‘Holy Spirit,’ see, keep from saying, ‘Holy Ghost.’” Because, the Pentecostal, common people, just call It what the Bible says, “Holy Ghost.” Which, Holy Spirit and Holy Ghost is the same thing. But they’re very careful about it. They don’t want to be identified with them tongues-speaking people; and that’s the Holy Spirit, Itself. See?

What happened then? When the enemy, that went out under sanctification, that was washed out, returned back and found the house not filled with the Holy Spirit…

[JBP] He writes: [WSS] «Came out of the house», in the Spanish message.

In the English one we will see here… a little bit further on:

[48] …returned back and found the house not filled with the Holy Spirit, now the state of the church is joined with the—with the league of churches, with the World Council of Churches. And it’s a state now that connects it with Roman Catholicism and all the rest of it, and now it’s seven times worse than it was when it come out of […]. That’s where man takes it.

[JBP] And he writes there: [WSS] «Nicolaisms, Balaamism», in the Spanish one.

And he also writes: [WSS] «7 times worse».

In the English one he also writes there: [WSS] «7 times worse».

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] Now let’s turn for a moment to the edited book of The Ages, on page 99 [p. 95 in Eng.], where it tells us… Let’s read that Scripture:

Acts 20:27-30, “For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God. Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which He hath purchased with His own blood. For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them.”

Paul saw it coming. But he warned them about this subtle priesthood that would come and take over with its false doctrines. He knew they would implement a way of worship that excluded the people from any part in a Holy Spirit ministry ([JBP] that is, they would exclude, they would take out the Holy Spirit). And even right today among those who claim to be free and full of the Spirit there is not too much freedom in the laity, and the best we can see is a few preachers with inspired preaching while the flock just sits there and tries to absorb it. This is a far cry from Paul who said that when all came together, all had the leading of the Spirit, and all participated in Spiritual worship.

And the church corporate has never learned this lesson from the Scripture nor from history. Every time God gives a visitation of the Holy Spirit ([JBP] and he writes): [WSS] «He brings a revival through an angel messenger» and people get free, after awhile they bind themselves right back to the very thing they came out of.

[JBP] Look at that very important thing that brother Branham is telling us there.

When Luther came out of Catholicism, the people stayed free for awhile. But when he died, the people simply organized what they thought he believed and set up their own creeds and ideas and repudiated anyone who said opposite to what they said.

[JBP] See, they stayed with… for example, in Luther’s stage, they stayed there, and then right away they began to interpret; and they thought about what Luther had said and they organized themselves; there they established their own creeds and their own ideas. But then they rejected all who professed, for example, that next age which was Wesley’s. And so it happened with Wesley’s, so it happened with the Pentecostals; and so it has always happened.

It also happened at that time, in that decade of seventy-something (74) where there was a very, very big fight there, where those who stayed in Laodicea criticized those who passed to that stage of the Cornerstone, where —in that field and in that stage of the Divine Program— that rapture that occurred there was fulfilled in the spiritual field.

And many criticized and many opposed and fought, and said that everything that was happening there couldn’t be that way, but it had to be brother Branham coming back to fulfill what was happening there.

They knew that something had to happen —those who stayed in Laodicea— they knew that there were some promises, that there was an Eternal Age, that there was an Age of Divine Love; they knew all that, they knew all that; but they didn’t accept the way provided by God for God to fulfill what they were waiting for. They rejected it.

And so it happens in every stage of the Church, and in the Dispensation of the Kingdom also.

[The Ages]

…repudiated anyone who said opposite to what they said. They went right back to Catholicism with a little different form. And right today many Lutherans are ready to go all the way back.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] On page 170 [p. 157 in Eng.] it says (at the top says) [The Ages]:

In every age it was the same cry. Hear what the Spirit says. If you are a Christian, you will get back to what the Spirit is teaching, that is, the Word of this age. Every messenger to every age will preach that Word. Every fresh and true revival will be because men have gotten back to the Word for their age.

[JBP] In other words, it is in the fresh revival where the Church-Bride in this end time is receiving the Rapturing Faith.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] It goes on to say there, in “HOW CAN I OVERCOME?” where we stopped, it says [P. 10]:

49 And then look at the Laodicea Church Age after has received the Holy Ghost, and with the knowledge and the Spirit of God within It, and then the works of God is denied by it, and call It “an evil work.” Then what about that? There is where Christ is put out of His Own church. See? He… It never showed Him in the church until it come to Laodicea; and when He got to Laodicea, He had been put out of His church, trying to get back in.

[JBP] Remember: the seven stages, and the eighth in the Age of the Cornerstone, the Dispensation of the Kingdom; in other words, everything is parallel.

50 Now, see, justification never put Him in.

[JBP] He wrote here in the book in English: [WSS] «Laodicea put out Christ incarnate today».

And he draws there the Cornerstone and the ages, and an arrow towards the seventh age.

And all that, remember that is so in the Dispensation of the Kingdom also.

And there in the English one, when he wrote in paragraph 50… now let’s go there, because he says:

50 Now, see, justification never put Him in.

[JBP] And there he writes: [WSS] «Lutherans». He wrote in the English one: [WSS] «Lutherans».

[50] Sanctification just cleaned the place for Him.

[JBP] And he writes: [WSS] «Wesleyans».

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] Now let’s stop again for a moment there and let’s look in the message:

(Ministers Meeting)
Dr. William Soto Santiago
Saturday, April 7, 2007
Cayey, Puerto Rico

And now, after the seventh age, what is left for us? The most important thing: The Most Holy Place. And the question is: Who will take the Ark of the Covenant, Christ, the Word, the Angel of the Covenant, to the Most Holy Place?

From age to age that part of the Temple was built and the ark was taken to that part. The age must appear. The age has already appeared.

Therefore, Christ, the Ark of the Covenant, has to move from the seventh age, and then from the breach between the seventh age and the Age of the Cornerstone, He has to move in the heart of a man who moves it to the Age of the Cornerstone.

On the other page it says:

[317] Yes, Christ is our Ark…”

[JBP] He is quoting from the message (I don’t have it at hand here), I think it is “TRYING TO DO A SERVICE TO GOD OUT OF HIS WILL,”3 because he says:

[WSS] We continue on page 83 and 84, and now part of the 85 says here:

[317] Yes, Christ is our Ark…

317 Why can’t the wheat lay out in the Presence of that Son yonder, and see the hour we’re living in? Yes, Christ is our Ark, but His original way to do it… (and he continues speaking there).

Now, look here we are on page 85:

[318] There’s only one Ark, that’s Jesus Christ, and He is the Word!

319 Notice, God told the prophet, said, ‘Eat the scroll,’ in the Old Testament. The prophet of the New Testament, He said, ‘Eat the little book.’ Why? That the prophet and the Word would be one! See? That’s the Ark, the Word of God.”

Someone eats the little Book, which is the Word, and then takes it to the Most Holy Place, which is the Age of the Cornerstone in the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ.

And why doesn’t the world see that? Because the Most Holy Place was a place that was hidden from the eyes of the people.

Only the high priest could enter there once a year; and to move from place to place in the time of Moses, only Aaron and his priest sons could pick up everything and cover it to be able to move to other places.

And now, see where we are, see what the Ark of the Covenant is, see how the Ark of the Covenant was moved from age to age and how for this time it has to be placed in the Most Holy Place of His spiritual Temple, of His Church, which is the Age of the Cornerstone.

See how it was moved from age to age in different nations where those ages were fulfilled.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] Now, remember there, in Revelation, chapter… Let’s look in this other Bible, where it says in chapter 2, verse 17:

17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

[JBP] Notice, the hidden Manna is given to the Overcomer, and it is given to the overcomers of this end time.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] Now, let’s continue here where we left off: on paragraph 50 on page 11 of “HOW CAN I OVERCOME?” it says [P. 11]:

50 Now, see, justification never put Him in ([JBP] which is Luther): [WSS] «Lutherans» ([JBP] he writes there). Sanctification ([JBP] and he writes): [WSS] «Wesleyans» just cleaned the place for Him. But when the baptism of the Holy Spirit come, it put Him in the people. And now they turned Him out, when He begin to show Hisself, that He’s the same yesterday, today, and forever. They turned Him out because they have denominated, and the—the Spirit of the Lord don’t agree with their denomination. You understand now? [Congregations says, “Amen.”—Ed.] That, they put Him out. “We don’t want nothing to do with this telepathy. It’s—it’s of the devil. It’s fortune-telling. Or…” See?

They don’t understand. “Eyes, and can’t see; ears, and can’t hear.” See? God only opens eyes as He will. “He hardens who He hardens, He wishes to, and—and—and gives Life to those who He desires to.” That’s what the Scripture said.

[JBP] There, the Scriptures he read: Acts 28:26-27 and Romans 9:18.

Notice, that is why in every age and in every dispensation we see the same rule, the same form: how it is that there are some who see, understand, comprehend, receive that fulfillment of what God is doing; and others can’t see.

As it says:

[50] “Eyes, and can’t see; ears, and can’t hear.”

[JBP] You see? Because God is the only one who can open the eyes as He wills. But He also hardens whom He wills.

In other words, there is no way to try to put through his eyes and ears and mouth and…; there is no way for someone whose heart God has hardened, who has sealed his ears, eyes and everything: there is no form, there is no way to make him understand and believe; because it is already something divine, which is not in your hands, nor in mine.

There is no way, because it is God who is working in that person; as He is also working in those that He opens their eyes so they can see, opens their ears so they can hear and opens their hearts so they can understand and comprehend, and that Word falls, that Manna; and there it germinates, produces all that for which He has brought that Word to that wheat, to that chosen one.

And what will it produce? An eternal and glorified body. What will it produce? Sons and daughters of God, little Gods, messiahs, on this planet Earth in this end time, which God will be using in that season of 30 to 40 days, where we are going to shake this world.

You see, those are the children of God to whom at this time God is opening the understanding, the Scriptures, so that they are prepared, aware, and receive that Rapturing Faith, that Transformation Faith.

But whom God hardens: there is no form, there is no way for him to understand, to see; because a veil is placed on them, and they can’t see the great thing that God is doing behind the veil, the great Work that God is doing in the midst of the people; doing the works that He already promised, that He already said He would do.

And since they say it has to be something totally different from what God is fulfilling, then they can’t see it; it is not the way they are expecting the fulfillment of those promises. Therefore, they are going to miss it.

But those that God has opened their hearts, their ears, their eyes: those are more than blessed, those are the apple of His eye. That is what He comes for, for that remnant: To prepare them, and thus give them what He gave there to Abraham and Sarah: the promise. And the promise is —for us— to obtain the eternal and glorified body.

Around that promise that God gave there to Abraham and Sarah: they believed it and were rejuvenated, and God fulfilled His promise of that promised son. And so it is with the Church-Bride of this end time: around all this Word, around all this Teaching, is that they are going to obtain their adoption, their transformation.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] It continues saying… I am on page 11 at the bottom, paragraph 51; and turning to page 12 [“HOW CAN I OVERCOME?”] [P. 11]:

51 Now, we see these hours that we’re in, this stage, and we see what it was. And the Holy Ghost is rebuking the age that put Him out.

[JBP] The Holy Spirit rebuking the age that cast Him out. There it was the seventh age; here it is the seventh age also: The Holy Spirit rebuking that age.

[51] But, in all that, did you notice, “To him that overcometh”? [Congregation says, “Amen.”—Ed.] Even in that worldly, wicked church age, “Him that overcometh.”

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] Look on page 411 [pp. 363-364 in Eng.] of the edited book of The Ages, it says… let’s see here (410 at the bottom, mid-paragraph):

Tongues were far from evidence. They were manifestation, but not evidence. The falsity of the doctrine can not only be seen by a lack of Scripture to substantiate it, but those who subscribed to the doctrine immediately organized on the basis of the doctrine, proving that they were not in the truth as they would have people believe. Oh, it looked good. It looked like the return of Pentecost. But it proved it wasn’t. It could not be, for it organized. That is death ([JBP] and he writes): [WSS] «organization = death», not life. It looked so close to the real that multitudes were deceived. Now if it wasn’t the genuine, what was it? It was the husk, the chaff. In the green, soft sheath-form it looked like it was the real thing. But as one can go into the field ([JBP] and he writes): [WSS] «husk» and see what looks exactly like wheat and yet is only the husk, (for the wheat seed has not yet formed) so this was but the soft shell that looked like the real grain yet to come.

[JBP] There he draws the Pyramid and the ages (but only the age of the seventh age and the Cornerstone); and there he makes an arrow from where it says [WMB] “the husk,” he draws a line up to there, up to the seventh age.

The original wheat seed of Pentecost was to come back in the last age ([JBP] and there he draws an arrow towards the Cornerstone). It had been buried at Nicaea. It sent up a shoot at Sardis. It grew a tassel at Philadelphia, and it was to mature at Laodicea. But it could not be back to the original until the Word was restored. The prophet had not yet come upon the scene.

[JBP] Look how tremendous it is how he shows us already at that stage, when the original couldn’t yet arrive until that Word had been restored; and “the prophet had not yet arrived on the scene.” In other words, already at that moment, which is the moment of the Harvest.

But now according to the time wherein we stand in the Laodicean Age, the “Prophet-Messenger” of Revelation 10:7 must already be in the land. Once more “Thus saith the Lord” must be here, ready to be manifested with infallible vindication. Thus is the True Seed already maturing, and THEN THE HARVEST.

[JBP] “And THEN THE HARVEST,” and there he draws an arrow towards a drawing of the Cornerstone and the ages.

And he writes: [WSS] «Rev. 14:14-16, Mark 4:25-28, Matthew 13:30-43».

[In another book]: [WSS] «(Moses and Elijah)».

Harvest time. Yes, harvest time. The two vines that grew together and intertwined their branches are now to be separated. The fruits of those vines which were at such variance will be gathered into separate garners. The two spirits will go to their separate destinations. Now it is time to heed the final call that comes only to the Wheat Bride, “Come out of her, My people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye (wheat) ([JBP] remember, the seventh age, the call is made to that age) receive not her (tares) plagues (the great tribulation of the sixth seal and Matthew 24).”

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] He goes on to say here, where we left off, page 12 of “HOW CAN I OVERCOME?” [P. 11] It says:

[52] He’s had overcomers in every age. There’s always, every time, in every age that there’s been on the earth, God has always had somebody He could put His hands on, as a witness in the earth. He’s never been without a witness, though sometimes just one. But somebody overcome…

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] And it tells us on page 32 and 33 of this same message… which is paragraph 158; there it tells us [“HOW CAN I OVERCOME?”] [P. 30]:

158 You know, one time, the mother of James and John… We won’t have time to read it. The mother of James and John came and asked for this place.

[JBP] Let’s go a little bit before to…, which was the Scripture he read there… He comes reading what is the promise to the Overcomer; on page 31, he comes reading all that of the reward for the Overcomer, from Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia; he reads the one from Philadelphia; and let’s start from there: page 32, paragraph 155 it says:

[155] Him that overcometh…

[JBP] Let’s see here in the English one to go side by side, and see what he is writing on one side and on the other. It says:

[155] Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him my name, name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is the new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from… God: and I will write upon him my new name.

[JBP] And there he writes: [WSS] «YHWH».

156 Watch what the overcomer is promised. See? Now, now Laodicea, that’s the last church age. There’s going to be some overcomers in there. Watch here. They, remember, each church age, the one preceding it inherits all that the other ones offered. Watch up here. Now, here, it’s after they done received all these powers, these new names, and everything written, that He promised, and eat the hidden manna, and all down through. Watch this last church age, Revelation 3:21.

“To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, (amen), even as I also overcome, and am set down with my Father in his throne. He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith to the churches.”

157 There’s a reward for overcomers. Press on, lily. If it’s in you, lay aside the mud and everything else, and press towards the top. Yes, sir. “To sit with Me on My throne.”

[JBP] And he draws a Pyramid and the ages; and in the Pyramid inside he places a Star of David.

158 You know, one time, the mother of James and John…We won’t have time to read it. The mother of James and John came and asked for this place. You know that? Remember that? [Congregation says, “Amen.”—Ed.] “Lord, let my son set on one side, and my other son set on the other.”

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] Let’s turn for a moment there to that Scripture in Matthew. Matthew, chapter 20, verse 21:

20 Then came to him the mother of Zebedees children with her sons, worshipping him, and desiring a certain thing of him.

21 And he said unto her, What wilt thou? She saith unto him, Grant that these my two sons may sit, the one on thy right hand, and the other on the left, in thy kingdom.

[JBP] And there he writes: [WSS] «Rev. 11:3-6», and he draws a Star of David.

And he also writes: [WSS] «Zechariah 4».

In: [WSS] «Rev. 11:3-6», to the side he also writes: [WSS] «1:1».

Notice, there he identifies that this position is for the Two Olive Trees: Moses and Elijah.

[Rev. Jose B. Perez] He continues saying… [“HOW CAN I OVERCOME?”] [P. 30]:

[158] “Lord, let my son set on one side, and my other son set on the other.” There’s a mother’s desire for her son.

[JBP] And he writes there, in the English one he writes: [WSS] «On the Throne: one on the right and the other on the left».

[158] There’s a mother’s desire for her son. But watch.

But, “That place,” Jesus said, “was predestinated.” This position was not in existence at that time. Why? Notice. “It will be granted to them who it is meant for.” What? The one to set at the right hand, and the other closest to Him, was yet an overcomer. See? It was still…He said, “I—I don’t grant this. I can’t grant this, but it will be given after the trial comes.” Amen. See? “I can’t give this. But after the trial comes, they’ll set on the right hand and on the left. There’s a predestinated seed waiting out yonder for that. It will be given to the ones that it’s promised to. It’ll be given there, but the test hasn’t come yet; that, he hasn’t overcome yet.” See?

159 The person that was to take this place on one side, and another one to take it on the other side, next to Him in the Kingdom, it wasn’t yet given, see, hadn’t been overcome. The test hadn’t fell yet. “It will fall in the future.”

“If we suffer for Christ and His Word, we will reign with Him, for He is the Word.” Remember, “If we suffer for Him and His Word, we’ll reign with Him, in His Word.”

160 Notice. He, our Example, overcome, and then ascended up, after He conquered death, hell, sickness, grave. Everything, He conquered. “Then He ascended up, and led captivity captive, give gifts unto men.” That was the Old Testament, with the Old Testament saints that had overcome. They looked for such a Person, and they died before It got there. But when this Person come, “It didn’t prevent them which were asleep.” Amen. Can’t lose, any way. Live or die, what difference does it make? “Won’t prevent.”

[JBP] In other words, look how this promise is for the Overcomer; for the one who, after the trial comes, that trial is overcome. It is to the Overcomer, it is to him that overcomes.

Now, there is a place here where he also says: [WMB] “How can I overcome? Taking the Word,”4 something like that he says in this same message.

Well, we have seen a little briefly, in these Scriptures, how God has worked in every age and in every dispensation; and how in this end time He is working in the same way as He worked in all the other ages and in all the other dispensations: It is God fulfilling His Program and God making it a reality in the midst of the elect in each time, in every age and in every dispensation.

It is “to him that overcometh.” And we are more than overcomers.

We are the overcomers. And why do we already testify it, that we are the overcomers of this end time? Because the victory is already prophesied.

We can already say without any doubt: “We are the overcomers of this end time!”

That is the subject that we are going to place here to this talk, of that writing that he wrote in the book in English, referring to those pages that we have been reading:

[WSS] «Who are the overcomers?».

And we can say, and we can answer that question right now:

It is us, it is you, it is me. We are the people that God has opened our understanding, our eyes, our ears, our heart (spiritually speaking), and also physically, because we can see, we can hear; and we can believe all that God is doing, because we are those overcomers.

Who are they? Who are the overcomers? We are!

You can say it:

“I am an overcomer! I am an overcomer, because my eyes have seen, my ears have heard, my heart has believed what You are doing in this end time, in this Dispensation of the Kingdom, in this Age of the Cornerstone, in the fulfillment of what You promised, Lord: of the Tent Vision, of the fulfillment of the Teaching under Tent, of the fulfillment of the preparation of my body, of my spirit and of my soul, to obtain my transformation.

I am more than an overcomer! Because I have been able to see.

You have allowed me to understand the Program that You are doing at this time. And I am one of those who will be adopted, transformed; and I am one of those who will be raptured.”

Believe it, because you are an overcomer! And there is no one to take away from you that you will be transformed.

An overcomer! An overcomer who has believed, and has taken hold of the Ark, of the Word, and has continued the Ark, which is the Word. Has continued to follow the Word.

May God bless you, overcomer!

May God keep you, may God keep you healthy and strong until your transformation.

Overcomer of the Most High God, Creator of the Heavens and the Earth, child of God, firstborn of God: Continue forward without fainting, for we will reach the goal of our transformation!

It has been for me a great privilege and a blessing to be able to send these words of these biblical readings, scriptural, on this Monday morning, January 16, of this year 2023.

May God bless you; and may you continue having a day full of great blessings, and a whole week full of God’s blessings.
